Nice hotel close to Bush Gardens.

Very nice, clean would recommend this hotel to my friends. Great when traveling with kids. Rooms are spacious and the free Wifi and complimentary breakfast are a plus (if you are kosher there are even a few items on the breakfast menu you can enjoy as well).

Few problems

Pros: The staff was very good.
Cons: You need to have microwaves and laundry rooms for your guess that are not traveling just for a weekend but for guess that need to stay there longer.
Location: Bush Garden, the University of South Florida and the Zoo.
The few problems that made my stay a little challenge first, we were not aware that there was not microwaves in the rooms and that the hotel did not have washer and dryer in the hotel. Now because of this issues our stay was more expensive and the expensives were not in our budget. Also another problem not with the hotel but with expedia is that I was not allowed to use my disable military veteran discount. Other than that everything else was good.

As for the microwaves, while we don't have them directly in the rooms, we do have one for guest use available in the lobby. Currently, we are looking into having a laundry facility on site for our guests. We hope you will come back and stay with us again in the future.

Kids out of control

The pool was closed because parents weren't supervising thier kids and the kids caused pool issues. Card reader problems and staff did nothing to get it under control. No adult hours for the pool. Also kids running in halls like craxy.

Satellite the area of hotconstruction zone

If I would have known it was so much construction going on I would have choose a different hotel. The pool was closed majority of the stay and the breakfast was not appealing for the price. The hotel clerks were really nice though. The maids came at awkward times to clean room once at 3p.m. and 5p.m. and once which was fine morning.Just overall not satisfied for a 7 night stay I could have stayed some where cheaper with better service or next time just stay at a resort.

As for the pool, we closed it for cleaning, as a child had an accident in it. Grumpy check in

We had a nice stay. When we checked in, the clerk was a little grumpy about our insistence on two double beds (I was travelling with my dad), which is what we booked on the site. But he eventually set us up.

It was nice

The hotel was nice and quiet. The staff was friendly, polite, and very accommodating. I accidentally dropped my keys in the drain outside and one of the guys working the front desk came to my rescue and helped me get it out. The breakfast was just ok. I wish they had more variety. I was there 6 days and it was pretty much the same thing each day. They offer a shuttle to and from the theme parks. You just have to book it a day ahead if u wanna be sure I can leave when u want. Overall I had a good time. I would stay again.
