Pretty solid hotel. Stayed for a couple days and it was legit. Staff was cool and the parking was straightforward. Clean and the bar downstairs was convenient with good food

I picked the hotel because it’s a 4 star hotel, but it felt more like a 3 star. The lobby is 4 star, but the room was definitely a 3. We stayed in room 624. It looked and felt old. Lighting was insufficient in some parts of the room. The sink in the bathroom came up to my chest which was so odd, towels were sparce, toilet had line and rust stains in and around it. My daughter didn’t feel the tub was clean enough to use it. The staff weren’t overly friendly checking in, they weren’t rude or mean but no one smiled. That was odd also. The parking situation was the worst- it’s in another building around the back of the hotel. and lastly…I bought two breakfast vouchers online when I booked for $10 each, when we used them at the cafe in the hotel they were worth $6 each. Is that robbery or what?

Solid choice. Could have stayed longer. Not everything was modern but cutting edge isn't necessary for comfort. Would stay again. Shout out to the staff at check-in and making the rounds for room maintenance and service.

Great hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed with both our kids, the buffet breakfast had great options! We went to Busch Gardens and it was like a 20 min drive to the parks.

I highly recommend this hotel, very peaceful, clean, excellent breakfast options, great service. I requested a crib for my baby which was great. Room was perfect with all you need. I loved the environment and the area is safe with a lot of restaurants, shopping, Publix best to the hotel, pharmacies and the parking is free and is right under the hotel

Lobby was attractive and desk staff very pleasant. It has been sometimes since my last visit. The complimentary newspapers in are no longer available No coffee maker in the room. If there was a ubs jack, I could not find it. The room was clean and very acceptable. It may be a little dated but so am I. I would stay there again.

We got in late, after midnight and the hotel drop off area was filled with parked cars with no way to get thru and no one in sight. The person at check in was not helpful and he was rude and didn’t seem to care. Unfortunate, but true.

The outside of the hotel is a bit outdated, however; the inside was very nice and clean. The hotel layout in the suite was very spacious and clean. The only feedback I have was regarding the bathroom shower. The water started to fill up in the shower. I called the front desk, it took a while for someone to come up to take a look. When they did some up, the guy looked at it and said he fixed it but it was not fixed. I'm assuming there may have been hair and other bodily matters stuck in the drain which made taking a shower feel uncomfortable and not enjoyable at all. Going forward, they should check to ensure the drains are unclogged after each guest.

Nice hotel and I would stay here again, but for price it should be better. With a bit more attention to detail and maintainence it could be excellent. Easy fixes like tub drains very slowly, poor lighting in room, paint scuffs and chips atound metal doorframes in hallways that could easily be fixed with a little paint.... We ended up calling front desk 3 times from airport to get instructions to find shuttle: Hint--ignore all the signs that say "Hotel Shuttles". You have to find the train to Rental Car Center, then find a rather isolated and lonely Public Bus Stop, again ignoring the sign to Hotel Shuttles. The last run of the evening picks up at 10:30 PM. A more detailed hotel website or email, or a more helpful desk clerk is needed. On a positive note, area is great with shopping mall and several excellent restaurants one block away across street, a Publix grocery store next-door, and an excellent Indian food restaurant (currently take-out only) directly across the street at the BP gas station. You order and pay at a food truck as the restaurant itself is closed for remodeling. It was open until midnight.

The property is centrally located. The staff was excellent and the hotel comfortable. It’s a good property. The only weird thing was that the toilet was the lowest height and a bit outdated. The room lighting was on the economy side so not so bright.

We got there for an overnight stay to go to Tampa airport. It took them a while to find our rooms, but the rooms were nice. We also liked the free shuttle to the airport.
