Old hotel, pet friendly, uncomfortable beds.

The hotel was in an ugly neighborhood. The building is visibly old. It is pet friendly and I did not see that anywhere when I made the reservation. The room had an odor that gave me allergy. The shower had warm but not hot water. The bed matress was unleveled. The building needs a complete makeover desperately. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE.

Pros: room was clean , staff was friendly

Location: was there on business , close to main highways

good hotel,no hotwater.

Cons: Quit being stingy with the hotwater.(or lack of it)
There was only lukewarm water for the showers,there were no blankets on the beds;just some sort of shiny cover over the sheets.Room was clean but only ok for the price.

Very Gracious Staff

The manager was so accommodating, there was a mishap at breakfast (completely our fault) and he was extremely gracious and helpful. The next morning, we had to be at the airport at 5am. Breakfast doesn't start till 6am, but the man at the counter got my children a piece of fruit and a donut. We were so grateful.

Courteous staff

Safe was out order. Breakfast foods were not palatable. The cleaning lady was getting the food for breakfast. Sausage was cold and had to be rewarmed although it was a warmer. Bath towels were musty.
