Upgraded purchase to Kitchen Room and only received microwave and mini fridge.

Thanks for your feedback. I apologize for the misunderstanding in communication of this hotel having a kitchen. We do only offer a microwave and mini fridge room at an additional cost. I have used your comment as an opportunity to review our service standards with my staff.
