The property is currently undergoing renovation. Very much just a standard room with no amenities. The USB ports were broken and not working.

Not much good to say about the property. It was run down with obvious low budget remodeling over aged bones. The bathroom had rust on all fixtures, mold on the tile caulking, floor boards and ceiling panels. The mattress was hard as a rock and I actually prefer firm mattresses. The bed pillows were very thin and rock hard. The room odor had a floral chemical smell that made me feel uncomfortable. The shower fixture was worn and had poor water pressure. Water ran onto bathroom floor very easily even with curtain properly drawn. Only encountered 1 staff member and she was nice but seemed overworked with excessive duties that prevented her from remaining at the front desk. I’m glad I only had to stay 1 night.

Honestly, the room me and my two friends stayed in was so old and disgusting. Very out dated. Wasn't refunded my full damage deposit and should have for sure. I still don't know why Shower only ran cold water.

WiFi has been since out my LAST stay 45 days ago. Carpets are stained, property looks worn down, breakfast is simply cold cereal, bread, juice, etc. I’ll be staying elsewhere the next time I need to come to Tampa.

The entire hotel was absolutely disgusting, sand all over both beds, roaches in the shower, and especially rude staff the manager Carlos and the rest of his staff have no clue how to run a nice hotel, they were exceptionally rude, the hotel had no Wi-Fi no mobile check in no gym and the free breakfast was cereal all of which are listed on their website when I had asked about the quality of the room they forced me out and refused to refund my money even though I did not stay there for even 24 hours I had to book a completely different hotel due to their mistakes. They made me sit and wait 12 hours to check in with my child.

There is nothing positive to say. The room was filthy: dirty carpet, black dirt (mold?) around fixtures in bathroom; hand prints on front door. Was promised a smoke-free room and smoke permeated the air. The room was last decorated in the 1970s. There was no WiFi. I was afraid to let my bare feet touch the floor. Ugh.

Very quick stop at this hotel before going home. We weren't here long just needed a place to sleep. Olive Garden and IHop was right there making dining super easy. We didn't use any of the amenities nor was able to partake in the free breakfast as we left before the 7 am breakfast time.

I knew when I pulled up I made a mistake. But once I went inside and saw how dirty the carpet was. It hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The entire property has been neglected I do not recommend this hotel

I was traveling on business and specifically needed a reliable wireless Wi-Fi connection. Upon arrival, I was trying to connect to the Wi-Fi and could not find the connection at that time attendant directed me to sign that said the Internet connection was not working. I asked if I could not conduct my check-in and if the reservation was refundable. The attendance stated he had already checked me in -There was too late I would have to get managers approval. It just wasn’t the best customer service. I stopped him and asked for my credit card back before he checked me in, but he said it was too late..

I understand things wear down but when it looks dirty & nasty. It needs to be replaced. The sign for the pool entrance said temporary close but it was held in place with zip tie & had a plastic cover. The staff was nice & friendly

It was fun down, but I've been to and seen worse. They looked like they were in the middle of renovations as well, so that's a plus. The room itself was fairly nice, clean and quiet. The worst noise was from the planes leaving the airport, but being a 5 minute drive, I expected that. Another slight inconvenience was no wifi, but that didn't ruin the stay, it was just a little inconvenient. We still had plenty of options to watch on TV and the hotel was close enough to the mall that we kept ourselves busy. All in all, not the best hotel I've stayed at, but by far, not the worst. I would recommend if you need a short stay before you fly out. I feel the area would serve well for a multiple day trip, but we only stayed due to an early flight out the next day.
