Did like it from start to high and the fees for change the days expensive, Staff not to friendly and the said would do something for you and for no reason the said they can"t do it , lie lies plus lies.

This hotel is by far the most disgusting hotel we have even been in . Between the smoke, sticky carpet and floors and terrible complementary breakfast it's ridiculous! Hotels.com needs to take this quality in off of there website! It's should be condemned ! The breakfast area is a waste to call it breakfast! They have eggs from when the hotel opened 30 years ( hmm tasty ) . Stale bread and mini bagels ( am I making you hungry yet! ) and the best part they have waffles...but don't have any syrup nor butter...what's the point! Now it's hard to mess up something a simple as breakfast but don't worry they have accomplished the unthinkable in this lovely establishment! Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else! This place is insanely over priced, we payed $131.00 after taxes...ridiculous! I think they could at least afford some butter for god sake maybe not the syrup though that might be a little too much for them !! They obviously aren't using any of there revenues back in the business or you wouldn't have a 1980's microwave on a rusty refrigerator!!

I had a bug problem and could change room the assistant manager was adjusting my rate but at Ck out time he could not do it because of booking through your site , I ended up paying full price with a nite of sleeping in my clothes. As a customer we should have some recourse for a problem with the room we book , I would like to hear from someone about this . Also I did not I was put in pet room until the next morning

This hotel needs an entire overhaul starting with pest control. First room had roaches in the open. Asked for another, staff made it happen. Amenities are old and well beyond their useful life. Sheets in second room had mold. Very bad experience, not coming back. Ownership should do a lot to bring this location into compliance with their stated standards and their competition in the area.

Toilet flush made a lot of noise. Phone was not working properly. Smoke detector had batteries taken out and when i complained at the front desk, there was barely a reaction.
