Hotel was ok for a quick overnight before needing to catch an early morning flight, but wouldn’t stay for any longer period of time. Was nice that did have a free shuttle to the airport running every half hour and left on time.

Disappointing Stay

I've stayed at this hotel many times with no problem. On this trip The electricity went out at like 5 Am and Didn't come back on until about 10 Am. We were told the lights were out for 3 blocks; but what major hotel brand doesn't have a generator? When it was time to check out no one acknowledged the power outage or apologized for the inconvenience, nor offered any form of compensation/refund

Nice hotel close to the airport

This a very pleasant stay, the room was very clean the staff was very helpful. I would definitely recommend this Hotel.

The carpet was very damp, dirty and musty in the rooms and desperately in need of replacement. I believe it was there since the 70’s. There were young children and teens running around all night and screaming. I don’t know where there parents were but we are talking 2 and 3 in the morning here and definitely too young to be on 5here own. In addition the hotel lost all power and phone service, never notified there guests and when trying to maneuver 3 flights of stairs there was no auxiliary lighting or generator support, so complete darkness. At one point I nearly fell down the stairs and thought I was about to lose my life. Will never stay at another Ramada Inn again.

It is a good hotel , pool area is good and clean . Should have the breakfast included .

Is difficult to believe that hotel is part of the Whydham or Ranada is terrible never again

The hotel lost power and there was no electricity due to a blown generator. The hotel staff did not proactively ensure that the stairways were illuminated for safe passage to the lobby area. The hotel should emergency strategy and a way to inform guests in situation like this. I was told Flashlights were being handed out. Emergency lighting should be on all staircases.
