Con, Room smelled like mold, it was dusty and old furniture. No daily housekeeping or fresh towels daily. Bathroom had mold on the ceiling. Staff was not friendly. Pro, great location near the airport, dining and shopping.

The location was good, housekeeping services weren't good, cleaning requested 24 hrs in advance and never showed, transport provided was excellent, breakfast wasn't good either, hopefully they will improve these issues , their location is great!

The person who was working the desk was fast and efficient with a line of people checking in late at night. Disappointed in the room, mainly the bathroom. It needs obvious improvements in the shower. Could not find any information of when they serve breakfast. Went down at 9:15 and most of it was gone. We had to scrounge for a slice of toast, cereal and an apple. Had to look around for a dang spoon. Many people came in after us, also wondering where breakfast was at.

We had a great time at the Ramada prior to our cruise. They have complimentary transportation from the airport to their hotel whichs was very easy to use. The driver was awesome and very informative about the things around the hotel that we might want to check out and see. Great value for the cost and nice and clean too.

Tried to call hotel for airport pick up for over 30 minutes. phone just rang and rang, before I finally got through. Waited another 30 minutes before van x came but it was full. Finally took a LYFT to hotel for $28 including tip. Front desk staff didn’t care saying it was a third party service. Don’t be fooled ab oh it airport shuttle

Although I had a pleasant stay, and wasn’t in the market for a high priced hotel, this met my needs, but in all honesty was kind of a taken back by the state of our bathroom. The tiles and bathtub were painted over, leaving chips peeling off the bottom of the tub and walls. Under the soap dish was mold that I wish I never looked up at as I took a bath. Did I complain, no because like I said, I wasn’t looking for a 5 star hotel this time around and I’m not that type of person. Our bathroom door did bot close all the way because it looks like it had been in a fight! It had a huge hole in the bottom of it where someone kicked it. And last but not least, apparently my daughter didn’t look in her drawer where she put her clothes and when I was taking them out to pack there was an old crusty muffin wrapper in it. Over all I give it a one. The people at the front desk were very nice and respectful.

The place is great. The only reason I gave a 4 star was because they only have a few lounge chairs at the pool. Not enough to go around for the people who sun bathe. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the check in was great, they were there for anything we needed.

The shuttle took more than 1 hour to pick me up at the airport, the driver did not properly closed the back door of the van and my suitcase fell off the van as we were driving away, luckily I saw it on the floor and we turned around and picked it up, on the plus side the room and beds were super comfortable and clean.

We stayed here one night, as we had a flight that got us into Tampa at midnight. This hotel was 10 minutes from the airport. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was your routine-poured waffles, various toast and cereal options. One minor issue was the vending machine (we wanted chocolate for a bed time snack!) didn't work. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The property looks nice on the outside and in the lobby. Room was ok - small, but as advertised. The main problem that we had was that we were told several different times on when the pool would be open. Every day there was a different story. Pool was closed at sunset - even though there were lights in the pool. Then the next day it was raining - but it was open. So we went back to change and then when we went back to the pool it was locked. When we called the front desk they said the weather was getting worse...which actually the rain was over. Also we had 4 people in our room, we only had 2 towels and they only change the towels/sheets every 3 days. Which is fine, but we asked for service after the 2nd night, and they did give us 2 more towels but didn't touch the sheets. I had to ask for extra towels more than once. Nothing that was too crazy, but would not stay there again as we felt that the service was not the best.

the hotel was just OK nothing special the door in our bathroom had a big hole kicked in it and looked like a 6 year fixed it The restaurant that was part part of the hotel was not in service no bar breakfast was from 600am and only to 900am all hotels i have stayed are until 1000 -or 1030 and it was a very poor breakfast at that the pool area was not kept up plants around pool were dead and the bath room at pool had the the whole bottom of the shower door broken or should i say kicked in and around the pool only had only 4 chairs and 3 lounge chairs i dont think they have nearly enough staff to operate a hotel i only give 2 stars at best
