Hotel is in dire need of remodel as it's out dated. Food at the onsite restaurant was not worth the price.

Convenient to airport and shopping... room very clean... located in West Shore district... good for an overnight stay on the way to your flight...

Clean, comfortable and close to airport. Has a full bar and restaurant which was a bit understaffed ( slow service) but food was ok.

Good quality for something cheap

It was a nice experience. The room was clean the bed was soft and comfortable. The only two issues I had was the hotel staff was no help when needed and the shower is small. Even though hotel staff wasn't the friendliest they still let you slide on check out lateness.

Rooms are very small, bed linen isn't that great, lighting in room is terrible, hotel lobby has an old smell.

Anthony and Tomas were fantastic. Excellent customer service and very friendly. The room was clean and perfect for our needs. The bed and bedding were comfortable and inviting and the darkened curtains made it easy to fall asleep. The 9:00 wake-up call each morning by the housekeeping staff was obnoxious. The loud laughter and talking was disruptive and their voices echoed throughout the courtyard. The noise level prevented any chance of sleeping in and lasted up to 45 minutes.
