Pros: Quiet hotel off the main road but very close to highway when you were heading out to travel.
Location: Restaurants are a very short drive from hotel and many different food varieties to choose from.
Continental breakfast in the morning is very good. A great chance to meet other guests from many different places, to chat and share stories. Hotel staff very friendly. Coffee was available all day until 10pm.

Very nice hotel & staff

Hotel was very clean. Comfortable rooms. The bed was great. Pool was always kept up and clean. The ramada hotel was an amazing experience !! I love the staff Archie & Selena they are so friendly and didnt have any problems with anyone there!!!

Very friendly caring staff

Archie is a Guest Service Rep (front desk) here and he goes above and beyond. He calls to follow up and make sure all is well. Archie made our stay very comfortable and unforgettable.

Great choice for the budget conscious

Pros-Located right off route 75, great continental breakfast, close to restaurants and shops, clean, nice beds. Cons-Hard to access in heavy traffic-traffic pattern is wonky, rooms are a little outdated, very small fitness room.

close to my destination

Over all ok, but they gave ma a room with smoking smell. Even it was clean, you still can smell the smoke. I expected a none smoking room. A/C was some noisy, Hand napkin box was emty.

Convenient, clean and quiet.

It was OK. The staff was nice. The facility older, pool cold and breakfast area totally inadequate with few food choices. The stairs were a challenge.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your comments on Hotels.com regarding your stay at our location. I am glad that your stay was Satisfactory but I understand why. Our pool is an outdoor pool which is not heated. The water temperature does fluctuate daily depending on the weather. Our breakfast items do exceed what we should have as a Ramada and do have more of a variety than other Ramada hotels with the exception of the Ramada Plaza locations. We are looking to expand our seating capacity along with counter space to hopefully add on more food items in the near future. I do hope you return to our hotel and if needed please request a ground floor since the hotel does not have an elevator. Happy Holidays. Allan Keller General Manager

Needs rules about loud phone calls at nite .

Did not get much sleep . People were walking back and forth in front of the room on the phone. I told the girl in the office she said they were having problems with the people in room #126. Breakfast was good. Lots to choose from , that was nice. We have stayed there several times in the past. Was usually nice.

Regarding that room 126, I personally spoke to them and gave them a final warning if there was any more disturbances that we would not be extending their stay. Since then no issues were brought to my attention regarding that room. The person at the Front Desk should have taken care of the matter at that time which I will personally address with them.
