Murphy's Law

Pros: The shuttle and some of the staff were pleasant.
Cons: The breakfast buffet, furniture was coming apart, and on-call maintenance.
Location: The only thing I was there for was to attend an event at the convention center, but other than that there was no concierge to assist when I had ques.
First night had an issue with the kitchen sink where the faucet was leaking and they had to replace the faucet, so I had to call and get another room. Then the next night, the toilet overflowed leaving about an inch of water in the bathroom. Went downstairs and they did not have a plunger or a maintenance personnel on-call, so needless to say I had to get another room. The final room was okay but none of these rooms had very good views of the city or downtown. Not happy with the location but the staff was pleasing and helped.

Staff was great! Very helpful and informative. The room wasn't as clean as it could have been. There were some hairs in the tub and bathtub and on the floor as well as in the drawers. Other than that the room was nice and very comfortable. Good location-there was a $15 per day parking fee, and there are two lots to park in.

Grote kamer maar in de buurt is niet heel veel te doen. De riverwalk is wel dichtbij. Ontbijt was redelijk.

This hotel SUCKS!

We only needed to stay one night for a gymnastics competition but we were met with terrible service, old run down rooms and cockroaches. my kids could not sleep all night. It was awful!! do not go to this hotel.

Dissatisfied!

Checked in 2/4/2016. At check-in the front desk staff was not as polite as one would expect. The room was of good size and overall comfort was fine, but needed a complete overhaul of the furniture and plumbing fixtures. The vanity sink faucet although was working, it was completely rotted. The bathroom itself was working ok but the shower/tub combo was very old and also needs updating. We utilized the shuttle service, but it was hit or miss with no set schedule. It also stopped early by any standards 7PM. The included buffet breakfast was average. This hotel is over-priced at more than $250.00/nt. Would not go back unless it was the only hotel available!

Construction out front was horrible. No where to park your car to check-in. Overall environment of hotel is nice, but rooms could use a little updating ( mainly living room couch and chair).

Dear Guest, We do appreciate the fact that you’ve come to stay with us and we do hope that you were able to enjoy the many amenities that are provided at our hotel such as a big hot breakfast. Good news is that construction is done and we have our wonderful loading zone done already!
