We liked the location. Hotel seems a little run down. (Basketball court has broken hoop and its gated area could be torn down and renovated/replaced. Carpets are worn out/stained. Pullout couch needed more cushion and uncomfortable to sleep on.) Staff was great and accommodating! Breakfast items wonderful.

I did online check on when they sent. And we arrived late but sofa bed was not set up. I called Lobby for help, he called me to lobby and he have bedding staffed ( blanket sheet and pillow 1 only.And OI work to do my bedding. I think they don’t have enough staff to work, why??? They don’t have transportation from airport and cruise port. Breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful who work inthe kitchen I see in my account they charge extra $ 30 more from my credit card

Expedia charges $21 for breakfast and the hotel serves breakfast complimentary to all guests. Expedia advertised breakfast service until 10:00 am and the hotel only serves until 9:30 am. It seems the application is not updated or they are just over charging the customers.

Our room was very dated and dirty. The floors were worn and dirty. The walls and doors also needed a good cleaning or paint. The bed mattress was old with a big divot in the middle which made sleep uncomfortable. Someone had the fridge set on the coldest setting which froze all of our food.

I loved your Wake-up service. Nancy at the Front Desk was very friendly to everyone. You need to supply your bathrooms with 2-ply toilet paper. Also, each garbage can should be lined with a plastic bag.

One night stay
One night stay to see a Bucs game. Hotel was overall ok. First, it is old and could use a refresh, especially for a $300 a night stay. Although it was clean. We were told breakfast was till 10, but the lady closed it up at 9. We were able to get food, but were rushed. Found out we were told the wrong time, but i have never stayed anywhere and breakfast closed at 9, esp on a holiday. Staff was friendly. Walk friendly to the game as well and restaurants.

They did not change my room. To review: had the same sheets, towels etc. for the entire stay. After complaining to both the desk person & then both the desk person & their mgr for 2 days...they finally sent someone ~6:30 PM the night before I left. "How do I make it right ?" he asks. Run away...

Nice Tampa Sun!
Nice hotel conveniently located. I had a queen suite with kitchenette and it was comfortable. Perfectly clean room- appears to have been recently renovated. Only downside was there is no airport shuttle even though airport is very close to the property. Hotel is under 3 miles from airport and cost to UBER was about $18. Folks at front desk were very helpful and friendly!
