TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY!

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude. Room smelled terrible, and there was hair on the "clean" towels and sheets. A man who was obviously on drugs and lived out of his car was pacing back and forth in front of our room. We stayed 15 minutes before finding another hotel and received no refund.

Aweful, don't stay here

This is an aweful hotel. They had advertised in room coffer makers, NOT. Continential Breakfast, NOT. Coffee only. Each morning they blamed the kids from the day before drinking all the juice so there wasn't any. Was difficult to get door to lock, shower had not handle, stains all around sink, floors were sticky, area around elevator was filthy, the smell of pot being smoked outside was aweful plus while sitting by the connecting room door inside our room !! Would not recommemd this hotel to anyone. Should become a housing project !! HOtels.com needs to readdress this as a recommended hotel. Very dissatisified....

Horrible Experience

It was a very, very, very , bad experience for me and all of my Church Family and Friends of the National Baptist Congress Of Christian Education , from All over the Country Attened this Confence , the Rooms had Roaches and Ants , All the Bed Spreads and Linen and Curtains were Burned and Died with Discolored Furniture, Ect...,

Very Unsatisfactory. Would never stay there again

Area was scary with a crater in the parking lot by the front of the hotel. The room smelled bad, the floor was wet with condensation from the A/C as well as a leak from the refrigerator. The bathroom door was stuck and would not close. The bathroom was so small you would have had to close the door while standing anyway.

The stay overall was fine. A little bit of a rough neighborhood, but not the worst. Staff was great, room was clean.

Please when booking at this hotel be careful we thought the neighborhood was going to be okay but it was scary late at night You could smell the pot people were smoking They did have security but still it was not enough to feel safe

Good Location

Pros: Location
Cons: Rooms. Out dated, floors were dirty and bathroom wasn't much better
Location: Was easy off easy on and close to Hard Rock Casino
It was a good location. Just off I-4. Looked fine outside but room was out dated.
