My flight arrived late, it was approximately 2:30am when I attempted to check in. There was no one answer the door, it was dark and in a very bad part of town. I want able to stay there because no one came to check me in. I deserve a refund

This was quite possibly the worst “hotel” I’ve ever seen. The first impression of it was horrible. Congregations of people just hanging around outside being noisy at midnight and screaming about someone overdosing as we’re trying to find the office to check in. The office was literally one of the hotel rooms with a desk & computer in it. Once we got into our room, it was the most disgusting unclean room I’ve seen. Rips and tears in the pillows and blankets and stains everywhere and bugs and the smell of mildew. I didn’t want to touch anything. We immediately asked for a refund as we felt very unsafe as well. Just sitting in our room we heard someone else outside our room screaming on the phone about something. This was at 1am and no way we would have had a good nights sleep here. Extremely unsafe and unclean. Only good part was the staff was nice.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. All the rooms where is nasty as could be. People hanging all around Drinking and just hanging out room was a complete utter mess . patches on the wall. My wife and I walked into the room and walked right back out got in our car and left was afraid the people hanging out all over the place might start to bother us because we were of a different ethnic background. As far as for Expedia I would not have that on my website. By that i mean it down right dangerous. I believe that we are owed a refund of the money spent since we never stayed there because property Should not be on your website!

Worst motel ever, be honest, one star is more than generous. Cockroaches everywhere, we saw hundreds. We booked a non smoking room, but the rooms have very strong cheap cigarettes smell mixed with musty. The door lock is broken, can not lock from inside. Some Africa American ladies wondering around. The room is very very dirty, I step on the floor with my barefoot for five seconds, my feet are as black as coal. This place should shut down.

This was probably the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. There were cockroaches, destroyed furniture, the room in general was filthy, the smoke detector was disconnected… we ended up leaving and not staying the night.

The worker was very nice, and so was the security guard. I liked the people a lot. But the property is dilapidated, the bed sheets had cigarette holes in them, the sink was messed up, and the mattress needed to be replaced. It was worse than Motel 6.

People hanging out everywhere and the room was super nasty and I refused to stay so the lady became very ignorant being the front desk clerk. Definitely trying to get my money refunded from this mad place. Don't ever go here.

Wasn’t very clean inside or out. Had people roaming parking lot all hours asking for cigarettes and random things. Reserved for family of 4 had 2 towels and 2 wash clothes for our 2 day stay. No smiles no friendliness at all
