This place is gorgeous and if you’re a golfer, tennis person or just want the sun and pool it’s perfect. The kitchen in the suite made it easy to cook for myself. There is restaurants and a bar poolside! Not a place for going to see the city, more of an escape from the city. Valet is $30 a day, as a side note I wasn’t aware of.

Rooms were very old looking golf carts were speading on the walk ways. Had to pay 30 a day for valet plus tax! Resort fees plus tax! Very disappointed. And I paid for pool view room and did not get what I paid for!

There is a $30 per day MANDATORY valet fee we were surprised by on check-in and in check-out we learned of the $28 per day resort fee. The rooms are dated but clean enough. Why not include the extra charges in the price to begin with rather than surprising people with them. Very upsetting.

Loved the facility the tennis courts, pickle ball courts and the pool were great. Valet park is a pain and i don't need to pay the additional cost. Room was ok, needed to be cleaned. Beds were comfy and kitchen was stocked. Other than room being dated and valet parking everything was great

Nice resort, but it is valet only which is not described in Expedia. Because it is a golf resort the valet service is often busy and takes time to get your vehicle. The property is lovely though.

The location of the property is beautiful. The Front Desk staff were great. Inwas even able to check in early. The rooms are a bit dated and the walls are extremely paper thin. There didnt appear to be any sound proofing or insulation anywhere in the walls. I could hear every word of the gentlemen next door conversation. I wish they would have specifically stated VALET ONLY in the parking description instead of "parking available". A tad misleading. The valet option was fine however the service wasnt great. They offer a "text when ready" option for your car. I used it twice and each time they had no record of my text and we were left with long wait times for our car. Overall its a beautiful location, lots to do. I suggest maybe updating the rooms.

This place is something out of a dream. I don't know why there were bad reviews. Yes the room had some wear on the mirror, but other than that the suite was amazing, especially for the price! Then I walked across the bridge with incredible views of the trees, pond and the golf course for an excellent continental breakfast for $12, played tennis, and if it was the weekend I lounged by the two pools with a cocktail bar, or worked during the week I am planning to return to take the tennis camp!

The property golf course and grounds were beautiful. The rooms need major upgrades and cleaning. The paint is peeling from the walls, spider web surrounding the TV entertainment center, water clogged and left in the master bath tub. The pocket door to the 2nd bedroom didnt close and jammed. The screen patio had holes and dented. The air filter was dated 3/23 and covered in dust and dust balls on the closet floor which impacted my allergies badly. The air vents are covered in dust as well. I've informed the front desk and spoke with Sonja they didnt have any other rooms available and just maintenance to repair and housekeeping to clean.

Add on fees. $30 tax for valet service each day you are there. $28 tax Resort fees. 1st room they gave us was not clean and smelled. Had a major allergic reaction. Stained floors and worn out furniture. Couldnt even see out windows. Dirty, dirty! 2nd room didnt smell as bad. Was like going to an old cabin, that had been closed up for the year. Not the most cleanest place to stay. Valet was always almost 20 minutes or more to get your vehicle. The landscape was better then the rooms.

The pools were nice, but that was it. In room phone didn't work, outlets didn't work, no fridge or microwave. The valet only, no deliveries to rooms and slow bell & valet service was very frustrating. I understand the concept, but it's not executed efficiently at all. I felt like I was a prisoner, the rooms are scattered around the whole property, in order to get to the lobby you have to call a bellman to come get you in a golf cart and it takes forever. One night I had to go to Walgreens for my sick child, it is 1 mile away. It took 20 minutes to get a bellman ride to the lobby and another 20 minutes for valet to get my car.

Stayed at this resort again this year after staying in March 2023. We were pleased with the improvements since last year. Although renovation is badly needed to refresh the rooms, our suite was again clean and this time in good repair and working order. There are new door handles (no key card issues), appropriate amount and type of dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, worn, but not badly stained furniture. The mandatory valet service alleviated any parking issues. The valet staff were efficient and friendly. The property is lovely and the pool is fabulous. We are considering another stay next year and look forward to further improvements.

Do not waste your money!!! This place was disgusting. When we arrived the inside of the microwave looked like it hadn’t been cleaned after the former guest. We discovered a pile of dirt and dead bugs in the corner window ledge of living area. Dirty windows made it impossible to enjoy the view. An outdoor window screen was bent and lying on the ground. Dangerous Exposed wires hidden behind curtain. There is some serious Water damage on the carpet and ceilings. Probably why it stinks. The place seriously needs to be deep cleaned. Yuck! Kitchen was poorly stocked lacking many essential items (ie: dish cloth, paper towel, napkins, placemats, coasters) The valet service sucked!!! No cars/golf carts are allowed to park near the units. Therefore, mandatory valet parked our vehicle in an open lot. At check out, our car was delivered to us covered in debris and horrendously dirty. We were shocked. No attempt by the staff was made to clean the mess off our car. We were embarrassed to drive out of saddlebrook. The washer and dryer are ancient and do not work correctly. The grounds are unkept and are in need of basic attention. Trash and glassware littered the landscaping. Very disturbing and disappointing!!!

Dishonest fees, holds are not mentioned when booking. Our room had no hot water for 2 days. Brochure is out dated and inaccurate: several amenities advertised are unavailable. Concierge staff are rude. Beds are low quality. Coffee machines in multiple rooms are busted, room phones are improperly set up or absent entirely. Valet services are mandatory but very slow. Be prepared to have several minutes added to any travel to and from your room every time. Save money and go anywhere else, unless you really like golf!

The room was spacious enough but the couch was very worn, the back cushions were completely flat. The kitchenette was fine but have to mention the fact that there were 10 coffee pods which is great for coffee drinkers. However, there was only 1 tea pod for green tea, not so good for a regular tea drinker like me. The food was good, but pricey. The servers were very friendly. There doesn't seem to be any sound proofing between floors, the group upstairs had loud gatherings every night around 1 am. Called the desk at 2 am the first night about the noise, was tranferred to security who answered the phone with "yeah, what do ya want". The grounds are beautiful, the pool is very large and looked clean. Great place for golfers and tennis players. The mandatory valet parking for $30 a night ( plus tips) is a negative for me. Overall, it's a nice place, needs updating which they are said to be working on now.
