It started with finding some kind of Vaseline or some clear jelly like substance on the nightstand. The phones in the room did not work and there was no hot water I had to call front desk on my cell phone to report issues. Never received a call back. Hot water was back in the morning

First and foremost, I'd like to apologize for the issues that you experienced during your stay. I can assure you that this is not they way our hotel operates. We will definitely get with our Housekeeping and Engineering department to make sure that these items have been taken care of.
