the place is very convenient for shopping and going to the nearby outlets. a lot of restaurants nearby and its very convenient.

I walked in the lobby and immediately could smell the mustiness. The “refreshment” area was bare. I wouldn’t have even trusted the coffee in there. The carpeted stairs were dirty, like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a week. The second floor smelled a little better, but the room still had an odor that gave us a headache so we decided to check out the same night and go elsewhere.

No housekeeping in 9 nights~ could not get an extra blanket ~ they were on “backorder”… getting a clean towel was also an issue~ we ended up going to Walmart to buy our own towels and a blanket… the room was very small and the shower felt like a cruise ship shower~ there were a lot of partiers with music blaring late into the night and the smell of marijuana permeated the hallways

Room was clean and in acceptable condition. The beds were decent and had comfy pillows. My only real complaint is the water pressure in the shower was AWFUL. Everything else was nice.

I booked for 3 nights The first morning, no one cleaned our room. We went to the front desk to ask why and they told us “because you didn’t request it”, so I requested my room to be cleaned since we had no towels to shower and wanted the trash thrown away etc, we were told that it wasn’t possible and told we would be put on the list for the following morning. The following morning upon leaving for work, at 8am I confirmed our room would be serviced at the front desk with the manager and was told yes you’re on the list and they showed me the list with our room on it. When we arrived back in the afternoon our room was exactly the same and I called the front desk to inform them and ask for our room to be cleaned and they said it wasn’t possible since housekeeping left and that the General Manager would be informed. We were so disgusted with this motel we left that same night and didn’t even stay the extra night we paid. We never heard from any one else in that rat motel ever again. Don’t stay here.

I has seen some of the negative reviews and i must admit, they should have booked at rhe Hilton. For what its worth, the hotel fit the description at hand. The breakfast was not Keke's, but it was nice. Parking was sound, and the flow of the establishment was well worth. Just need a weight room. 🤔

It was clean and the staff was very nice. However, I stayed for a week and the breakfast was the same every day. They should have a variety in consideration for those who stay more than 2 nights.

Great location for sports events. Wished the beds were bigger. The grandkids loved the pool and the breakfast. They definitely need another waffle maker. lol. 50 cheerleaders in 1 hotel and they all wanted waffles. Awesome staff and very clean rooms.

This place was not very clean and i wasnt thrilled with any of the accommodations. I actuality left a day early and went to a different place to stay. The pictures are very misleading and i would never stay here again.

Was definitely an older hotel with just a new name/branding. Great location, but not clean when we checked in. Had a used tissue inside our ice bin and toilet seat was not clean. Expedia somehow screwed up our booking (was booked for 2 queens, but apparently the facility didn't even have that option), so was very irritated when we checked in at 9pm on our first night, but was not the facility's fault.

Great sleep in a comfortable bed with really great biscuits and gravy at breakfast. Had an issue with a 3rd party booking (date) and the staff at Spot-X helped to resolve it efficiently. Would recommend this hotel to travellers.
