Pros: Location
Our son and grandson live in nearby Riverview, so Springhill Suites is conveniently located. We've tried several motels in the area, but Springhill Suites best meet our needs.

Nice cheap hotel on the edge of Tampa.

Pros: It was cheap
Cons: The fitness room was literally 3 treadmills. That could have been bigger. Maybe add some free weights.
Location: It's brandon. Lots to shop. and near tampa too.
We checked in around 10pm. The fridge in "the market" was broken, so our drinks weren't cold. The room was nice and at a good temperature. Very spacious and clean. The bed was a little hard but the comfortable kind of hard. The staff was pleasant.

Convenient location, great value

My friends and I were in town for the Outback Bowl on January 1, and the hotel (like every other hotel in the area) was sold out. The front desk agent, Kevin, was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. When we needed plasticware, he had them sent up in less than 5 minutes. When we needed shampoo and conditioner, he had them sent up in less than 5 minutes. On the second day, we came back around 4 pm, and the housekeeping department was running behind on laundering their towels. He was very helpful and told us they'd be up as soon as they were ready - little did we know the housekeeper who cleaned our room had made a note to bring us some, and she brought some fresh out of the dryer. He called to follow up and was very nice. The room was simple, but exactly what we needed. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but also exactly what we needed. The hotel was very close to the interstate a quick 10-15 minute drive to the stadium and downtown Tampa. It is also near several chain restaurants for when we didn't have as much time. I'd say for a cost-effective trip, this is the perfect place.

Great hotel

Excellent location. Close to malls and plenty of food choices. The room is very spacious, beds were very comfy. Fridge & microwave were great. I loved the fact that there were disposable plates and cutlery inside the microwave! Friendly staff. The continental breakfast included cerals, oatmeal, sausage, bread station, oranges some cold cuts yogurt etc...pretty decent. Great for families

Musty smelling and a/c not working well. Shower head was filthy with crusted black substance.
