This is my second time staying in there and my experience was amazing! The place is so cozy, clean, friendly... Workers always smiling and prompt to help. Breakfast helps a lot when you are in a rush and you dont have to stop anywhere. I had some eggs like rounded shape, but I preferred the scramble eggs. Thats the place I'm staying in Tampa every time i have to go there.

Not what they used be

Not near Tampa proper as the name implies or anything else; no servicing of the room even though I was told that there was none on the weekend but “light servicing” M-F. Every dish in the cabinet was dirty, no dish cloth provided initially to wash them and never any dishwashing powder. Hair made up in the bed, sheets, bed skirt wrinkled as if they had been balled up for a month, bed skirt applied as if the person did it for the first time in the dark; terrible impression!

I did not stay here. no comment Made a reservation I attempted to keep but could not find the hotel, it was my first choice. I tried to contact them to get street address and was unable to find them through Expedia web site, so i checked into another hotel. I called Expediia and they were unable to cancel my reservation. I lost $200.00. I am disappointed b/c i was unable to navigate the phone prompts on Expedia to expedite getting hotel address.

Maid service effectively nonexistent for our 3-day stay from Thursday to Sunday.

Good day Anonymous, Thank you for your recent stay with us. I do apologize that our "maid service was effectively non-existent". However, after reviewing with the agent that checked you in, we did cover our policy in regards to housekeeping on the weekends. Our hotel is unique from others, as we do not offer housekeeping on the weekends, unless requested. Moreover, every key jacket has a bright orange flyer stating how our housekeeping is not present on the weekends, but if you make a request for service, we will do our best to provide you service. Meets necessities but got grossed out

We arrived to a friendly staff but first night we had a leaky shower & husband spotted a roach. Next day I spotted a roach in hallway & staff cooking the complimentary breakfast in a microwave was very unappealing. That staff was sloppy & rude. I would not stay at this location again.
