The room is very spacious, but the property smells weird. They also made sure to mow the lawn at 9 am in front of our room, which was very annoying and disrespectful to the guests.

We were really pleased on our experience at this lovely hotel. It had all of the right amenities available for our family of three. Pool, laundry, spacious rooms, stand up shower. I felt safe as a mom traveling with two children. We stayed at the pool most days. Staff was very friendly and courteous. We will come back again next year!

Property was great, the staff was wonderful and very helpful... i dont really have any complaints other than 3-7 days to get the deposits back. That being said id definitely stay again

Nice area with some food locations in walking distance. Deluxe rooms either have a couch or a balcony. Couch looks more like a futon, rather than a reclining bed. The kitchenette has no utensils at all.

The entire property needs a good cleaning and remodel. This is not a $200 a night hotel. Might not of complained if I paid under $100 a night . I feel bad for the staff for having to make excuses about the poor upkeep of the property. You can tell the owners are about saving money with all of the new thermostats , you should probably invest in an exterminator ( A Cockroach) and clean the sink drains out. A good maintenance man could just walk into a room and fix a lot of small things that are adding up on this property. I’m not trying to trash this place because it does have the potential to be real nice again but you better hurry up before you get to many bad reviews

Ask for an up-dated room. First room was old and in need of repair. Toilet did not flush properly. Had a hard time opening drawers. Linens were thin. Moved to an updated room - much better. Food in restaurant was not the best - hard pancakes, tough omelets, noisy atmosphere. Location is good - south of the airport, nice neighborhood.

The building looks strong , painted well. The employess are very nice and helpful. Furnisher in the room were scratched, the box spring was uncover, the refrigerator was rusted . Inside the room some stetic changes are needed to make the room more appealing to the sight. Parking is adequate sometimes a little difficult to park. The swimming pool is clean and the area was appealing to the view. There was quiet and nice environment. There is a restaurant for breakfast, which is not include on the hotel price.

It was a beautiful hotel, which is why we chose it, based on the pictures. The pool area was gorgeous, with little thatched roofs (palapas) over the tables and chairs and chaise lounges. The only problem was that the bedding was uncomfortable and the room was in need of renovation. Bathroom was tiled in blue ceramic tiles from the 1960s. Some might like it for the retro look, however. We had an amazing breakfast at the restaurant-Pach's Place-which adjoins the hotel but is run by a separate company. I had avocado toast, which was the best I ever had. The fresh squeezed orange juice was worth the extra charge--go ahead and splurge!

Thought we stayed in a 1920s hotel. Didn't have our king bed as reserved, so they gave us a queen suite. Only problem was the beds were in 2 separate rooms. Would not stay there again.

My wife and i loved the hotel. It has a retro tiki look which i really liked. Its centrally located to restaurants. We walked around. Its 4 miles from the airport. The staff was nice. The bathroom had a big tub in it, took a nice bath. Nice place!

This older hotel was fine for the night. Good location. Furnishings were older but that’s ok. Bed was comfy. Our room had a refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. All of which were important to us. Be advised there is no elevator. We had lots of things to carry in so we opted for a ground floor room which was fine. Really, the only disappointment was that the floors were dirty. The bottoms of my feet were black with dirt by the time we were all settled in.

The first thing when you open the door to the room you are hit with a stale, musty smell. The room is outdated, not sure if ever remodeled. The floor was nasty, dirty. The bathroom was gross.

Floors and sofa and chair were filthy, had to wear slippers to walk around, bathroom bath tap looked like it was from the 70s with a pull mechanism that was so stiff my wife couldnt work it, guys with petrol blowers came around about 10 in the morning blowing the leaves around the carpark all around the unit so no good if u fancy a late rise...apart from that receptionist was pleasant,check in and out easy, and convenient for the local area and quiet...

This might have been a nice hotel a long, long time ago. It is not now. It is shabby, depressing and pretty gross. There was hair on the pillows, stains on the furniture, and what looked to be old toothpaste spit left by the previous guest in the sink. The whole place smelled mildewy and musty. The mattresses have seen better days. There weren't enough towels for the four of us. My son was too grossed out to use the shower. The drink vending machine gave us the wrong drink whem we attempted to buy waters. We didn’t try the restaurant because we were just grossed out by the property, but it was pretty busy in tbe morning, so perhaps it's not so bad. But despite it being nonrefundable, we canceled our remaining night.

We arrived very late and the night manager was VERY NICE. The property itself is very run down, old, not kept up at all. But seems to be a very nice area.

The floors made my feet black. Ruined my white socks along with both of my kids. The shower didn’t drain and the toilet was clogged. I think they just change the sheets and leave. The odor when I walked in also was so strong. I believe it was some sort of chemical but it wasn’t pleasant. It obviously wasn’t used on the floor. I thought the bad reviews were just prissy people because there were some good reviews. Maybe it is all depending on the room you get. If you get a tile floor, just wear your shoes inside to be on the safe side. Wouldn’t stay here ever again.
