Upon checking in, the front desk person was very welcoming and helpful. After that, it all kind of went downhill. The breakfast in the restaurant is tasteless, we tried it two days in a row and it is definitely not worth the price. Every other front desk person could not be bothered to help and seemed put out. At noon on Saturday, there were still no lounge chairs or bartender at the pool, we had to set up ourselves. There are no robes in the rooms but there was a hair dryer. Liked the black out shades and size of our room. The phone did not work so I could not call to find out where the pool was and it was impossible to find w/o asking.
