Very nice from the valet guy to the front desk clerk everyone was so helpful and welcoming. I mean we had a lovely time at this hotel staff is excellent

Our room was cancelled on us, so we had to wait (which was fine). They gave us a different room than originally paid for--overall it was an ok stay, but I would not stay again.

AC did not work. A lot of construction going on

It's was okay. Not worth the $$ and the $5.25 coffee was bad. Ohhh and it's July and our room had no AC. So it was 78 degrees I. The room at 4:00am

Close to the malls and restaurants

Although the AC took a while to get cool; overall by the morning it was cool. The room was very clean. I enjoyed the view of the room especially because it wasn't facing outside where the sun would be shining in.

Great Paloma's at the Shula bar, staff was very helpful, weird leak in the entrance during our stay.

I don't like that they make u pay for internet and no microwaves in the room

Love this hotel; However, I wish that I would have had a better view...I could never open the shades because of the businesses that are combined with the hotel.

Modern reasonably priced hotel.

Pros: Lobby, room was comfortable, Breakfast pricey but fine.
Cons: see above.
Location: Somewhat convenient to Tampa, St. Pete and even Bradenton and Sarasota when you are visiting all.
Mostly good. The handing of breakfast checks when breakfast is prepaid is akward. The parking lot, non valet, is a little unsafe. Many cars speeding up the ramps.

Ok hotel, bland rooms

Pros: Clean, quick access to malls, no loud disturbances.
Cons: Elevators, room size and amenities, hotel staff needs to be more discreet
Location: Plenty to do nearby, downtown is a short drive away and so are the beaches. 2 malls, movie theaters and plenty of dining options.
Payed an upcharge for a deluxe room since I have stayed here before in a regular room. Could barely tell the difference between a regular and a deluxe room. Not to mention both were about the same size; Very small, tight spaces. Bathroom was very uncomfortable. Door opens into the shower, which was bothersome. TV sucks, barely any good channels and no TV guide of available channels in the room
