For $78 a night, the hotel was as expected

The hotel is nicely located- right off I-275 and within 30 minutes of Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, the Museum of Scince and Industry, and the Florida Aquarium (all things included with the Tampa Bay CityPass). You only get three extremely thin and less than comfortable pillows and one full sized towel, and the king sized bed wasn't as cloud-like as most hotel mattresses (but again- this is a $78/night hotel). The shower didn't have great pressure, and would fluctuate from the right temperature, to cold, to super, scolding hot, but it was always clean. The tv was kind of small, but we were only in the room at night and to get ready in the mornings, so I think we only actually turned the tv on one time. If you want a hot breakfast, don't stay at this hotel. All they have hot is coffee (which is basically just flavored water, but there's good gas station coffee across the street) and a waffle maker. There were also bagels, muffins, yogurt, and cereal, but every morning there was always something missing, whether it be butter or cream cheese, and the ladies working breakfast duty were less than nice about having to replace something. Also, our last night there, my blow dryer ended up blowing the breaker in the bathroom and across one side of the bedroom, but the desk person was super nice, and able to get us another king bed room within a couple minutes so we could move. Overall, not a 5 star hotel, but for 2 college kids on spring break with a limited budget, it was just fine
