Disgusting!!!

Great service by the receptionist but that was it. The rooms even though they were non smokers they smelled so bad. The carpets and chairs were not sanitary. There were stained towels, the bathroom curtains were very dirty. I was disgusted to touch anything on the room. I'm even panaroid to the point that I slept fully dress and I'm not usually like that in hotels. I've never stayed in any vista hotel on the past and for sure this will be the last time. I payed to stay at a hotel and it felt like I was staying on a cheap motel.

Breakfast should be included but it was not provided in the morning without notice at check-in, no explanation, no apology.

Unfortunately we had some plumbing issues in our lobby forcing us to close breakfast for a few days. I am sorry for this inconvenience. This hotel was not clean at all

Hotel was not clean felt like something was crawling on me in the bed like bedbugs. A bug came out of the faucet sink right before i turned it on. The room smelled OLD. This hotel really needs to be updated or taking off the list.

Older property, clean but in need of repair and upkeep. I would stay again in a pinch but not my first choice.

Horrible

First I waited for an hour just to check in cause there were no rooms. Then waited another hour just to go in my room. Just horrible

I use the hotel to get away from drama at home. I just need peace and a comfortable setting. I was happy both times and i think it will be mt regular place to go.
