Breakfast should be included but it was not provided in the morning without notice at check-in, no explanation, no apology.

Dear guest, thank you for choosing to stay at the Vista Inn and Suites in Tampa Florida. We appreciate your feedback. I'm sorry to hear about your issues with your stay... Unfortunately we had some plumbing issues in our lobby forcing us to close breakfast for a few days. I am sorry for this inconvenience. I wish I had the opportunity to speak with you when you were staying with us because we have a 100% guest satisfaction at our establishment.
