The carpet was soaked with some brown liquid, the toilet was broken, the towels were stained, and the bed skirt had a water stain. So the water had shown up before and nobody did anything about it. Valentina and Carlos were totally rude, and the manager was nicer, but tried to tell me Expedia needed to authorize a refund. Guess who Expedia contacted when I told them how awful the place was?
