Good location loved the decor Mojitos Rest a nice spot parking not so good not enough and even worse when the club is open. Pool very nice..

It was an okay hotel near the airport.

The lobby and pool area were nice. The hallway and rooms looked like an old hotel refurbished. It appeared to be a minimal investment in rehabbing the building. Exposed pipes were spray painted black to disguise them. The hallway carpet looked old, dingy and oddly warped at the edging.. The room had cottage cheese ceilings. There was dried paint drops on the floor in the bathroom. The molding around the the frame of the bathroom door was cracked with gouges and broken off pieces of wood. The shower floor looked like an old beige dated tiling. Although the wall tiling in the shower was modern. The beds were nice clean, modern, pressed sheets with plenty of fluffy pillows. The firnishing were modern and mahogany in color. The light fixtures were modern. The chair and ottoman was modern in style. There was a giant empty cabinet were there once was a fridge. Carpet by the bedding area was clean and modern. They provided a Keurig coffee maker, the coffee was bad. Hair dryers, digital alarm clock, phone, plenty of outlets to plug in your electronics, flat screen tv with DIRECTV as a provider and a magnify mirror that could be lit. Adequate amount of towels and toilet paper. They had a closet with hangers, iron and ironing board. Oh and mini shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap. A small aromatherapy sampler was given at the night stand. I did not eat the adjacent restaurant. The Starbucks coffee that was served was below adequate, no espresso machine Starbucks prices.

Nice Hotel love the location and reasonably priced

Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: Parking
Location: Centrally located. Mall, restaurants and other shopping areas.
The staff was nice and friendly. I had a late check-in and they treated me with the utmost respect. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Vacation Get-A-Way

We would welcome this hotel to any and everyone. The location if the room was nice. It was a wonderful distance from everything. This was the best hotel we have visited in a long time and would certainly go back. The bathroom is AMAZING!!

Watch for that $25 charge for checking in !

Pros: It is close to my office
Cons: Don't rip people off for checking into the hotel
Location: Westshore mall is all there is nearby, van will transport to/from the airport & mall. There is very little else nearby if you don't have a car.
They charge $25 to check in - no indication of what it is for when they charge your debit card. No authorization to charge $25 to check in. You never sign anything approving or acknowledging that you are being charged $25 to check in. When questioned about the unauthorized charge, they claim it is for "incidentals". Nobody charges $25 to check in & claim it is for "incidentals". They have a credit card that paid for the room, normally, they would charge that credit card for any additional charges. I was told they would charge any additional amount to the credit card used to pay for the room before I checked in. I was then told that the charge would be reversed upon check out. That was yesterday @ 11am & it still has not been credited back to my debit card the next day.

The [$25] is a temporary hold to cover any incidentals, in the event you incur any during your stay. If no incidental charges were incurred, the hold is released and becomes available again in your personal account. Not bad, great breakfast buffet at a great price!
