Non smoking NOT

Reserved a non smoking king suite and was given a smoking room. Uck it was horrible. It smelled so bad. The blanket on the bed was probably about 30 years old and the sheets were so warnout. And to top it off there was a roach crawling on the wall.

Complicated Check In

Pros: The room was clean
Cons: the check in procedures needs to be improved
I purchased the reservation through expedia due to the convenience but that's where the convenience stopped for this trip. When arriving to check in they stated that they no longer had a room available for me even though I had a confirmation and have already paid. so they sent me to their "Sister" location and was told the same thing. so after some time dealing with the front desk staff they finally put me in a room. Of course it was a larger room than what was intended for me but obviously they didn't have a choice as I wasn't going to leave till they put me in a room. After that the stay was ok. But after a long day the last thing I wanted was to argue for 45 minutes to get into a room that was booked in advance.

Central location for temporary work assignment

Cons: More towels and bath mat. Ensure glass turntable in microwave. Provide dish washing soap and cutlery/crockery/cooking utensils. More breakfast option
Location: Easy access to interstate highways as well as grocery stores and restaurants. Beaches are about an hour away.
The hotel and room was clean. I chose this hotel due it's centralized location, which turned out to be a good choice. There are a good variety of restaurants within walking distance.

It was an inconvience to me. The rooms were small, there was no service when calling for assistance.

Upgraded to the king suite

My stay was much more comfortable after I upgraded to the king suite. "A huge difference", from the queen suite.

Nothing like other "extended stay hotels".

I booked a room with a Queen bed and pull out couch for my younger child. The room was so small that the couch could not fully extend. This was the smallest room that I have ever seen. Once we moved the couch so that the bed could extend, it was in the kitchen blocking the fridge.

depending on what you want

Pros: location and cost
Cons: put stuff in your kitchen so that your clients can us them
Location: Football Stadium. Shopping Mall & Walmart depending on what you need. Great White tablecloth restaurants and Cigar Bar all in close proximity
the location is GREAT!!!! The room itself was spacious. What I don't like is it is a comfort stay but nothing is in the room for the kitchen. Why have it if you are not going to let your customer use it. Also the fact that I had to go to the front desk to get a wash cloth because they only gave my husband & myself 1

The front desk worker attitude was disgusting!!!!!

The hotel room was bigger than I expected it to be. Very spacious, and cozy! It really felt like home. In the perfect area as well. The only problem was the front desk associate. She DONT smile, barely acknowledges you, she gave me the hardest time. Extremely rude with a nasty NASTY attitude. I've never experienced customer service like that before. Other than HER, I loved the stay. I'll definitely stay again if she's not there. She's so rude it wasn't called for.

Not a family environment, close to Men’s clubs

There were three Men’s clubs within walking distance of the hotel. Encountered 2 women In the hotel who were dressed like strip club dancers or worse. Would not recommend your hotel to a family. Staff was friendly and courteous. It is not their fault the hotel is located so close to male clubs.

Stay at Ext. Stay Tampa Airport

Pros: Location close to Tampa airport and good parking.
Cons: The entire hotel!
Location: Location is good because is close to Tampa airport; easy access to I-275 thus making access to or exit from Tampa very fast;
Positive things: Location very close to Tampa airport, also near to some hotel area which have seminars and conventions and very good parking; On the other hand: This is a very outdated hotel (it seems owners did initial investment and nothing after that!; they just keep earning $ with no reinvestment): after arrival I must call front desk lady for help because windows were opened and I could not close it (she came over and after big effort, she closed!); bathroom's faucet was dripping all the time; bathroom's light cover is broken (they fixed with some tape!; simply awful), room's carpet is really dusty and stained and bed is not comfortable at all. I consider this hotel is crying for renewal! I definitely will not go back to this hotel neither recommend it to anybody!
