Served a purpose

Arrived at 5 pm and the room wasn't ready although check in was at 3. Then was told that didn't need a parking pass. Had to leave to be somewhere so couldn't wait for room to be ready. Once got back at 1130 and asked about a possible late check out since room wasn't ready. Rude front desk attendant declined to even consider it and then was told that I needed a parking pass or would be towed (good thing I went to ask about checkout). When got to room had a cigarette smoke smell even though nonsmoking (told that it sometimes comes through the air ducts/vents. There were no sheets or blanket for the pull out sofa. Also the tv was fuzzy because cable coax was broken. However not all was bad. The bed was comfortable and the cleaning staff was wonderful.

Outdated

Hotel is outdated Linens are worn out Pillows are the cheapest they can get. Breakfast is only coffee and some packaged oily muffins. Had a reservation for a queen bed non smoking. When arrived the receptionist said she only had room with two beds left. The person behind me ordered a non smoking room but she only had smoking room for him. Not a nice experience

Hurricane Holdup

Cons: Carpet needs replacing throughout. We had leaky bathtub faucet, things like those.
Hotel was pretty dirty but staff may have been reduced due to storm. Front desk staff was great especially Maxine! Hotel needs repairs but we managed.

Everything was on time....staff was very helpful....food was good...had Nice pillow ,air conditioning.... bathroom was clean and plenty of room....room came with nice iron also

Close to airport

Pros: good size room with full size kitchen, closet to airport,
Cons: refill breakfast baskets frequently, make extra bedding available for spare beds.
very convenient location to airport. clean room, good size kitchen for those that need it. just needed more bedding for the spare bed and a good pillow (not the one that was folded in half and stitched in a pillowcase). Breakfast was very limited to a single item (A muffin and A snack bar). Staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel close to the interstates.

Very nice & helpful staff. I had to extend for a couple days and it was a smooth transition. The room was clean & looked fresh. The satellite went out because of the rain,but that's unavoidable. Good experience overall

Staff: great... Room: not so great

The staff members were wonderful! They were extremely helpful and even called to see if I was happy. The downside is that it's an extended stay hotel and someone was cooking something that smelled horrible. Right before we checked out, my sister saw a roach crawling in the kitchen sink of our room. I'm praying none hopped in my luggage.

We didn't even stay, we ran to another hotel.

Pros: Front desk clerk was very nice!
We pulled up to the front door, people hanging outside, in the front there were cigarette butts trash on the floor. The women that checked us in at the front desk was very nice.In the lobby was a lady in a house dress hanging out at the front desk, she said she's been living there a year, that should have been my first sign. We drove a long way so we just needed some sleep, and had already paid for the room. As we walked down the hall to our room, we passed rooms with loud people, some loud TV's , another room with music like you would in an apartment building. that was my second sign, when we entered the room it had a bad odor musty and like someone cooked fish.the bath room had some mold. just left didn't ask for a refund went down the road to the Marriott Hotel..

Night mare

We only spend the weekend i on the second day my daughter got injured on the pool deck. No one beside the front desk lady Maxine can to help us even after her shift was done she went out of her way to help my daughter. The Manger never came out to see how she was doing are even called to see if she was okay. Two week later and still have not heard from anyone for the hotel and my daughters injuries have not got better.
