Nice room near airport

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 3 pm. 2 people at reception were nice but 1 on night shift was rude. Noisy. Poor workout facility, broken vending machine, mediocre breakfast.

Very dissatisfied

I've stayed in different Extended Stay Hotels, but thisone had no dishes, pots, pans or bath soap...disappointed.

Just ok

Staff was not very pleasant at first... Pillows flat..people smoking weed... Stove but no dishes ..toilet water level to low.. It was just ok

Horrible staff at front desk

The front desk women were very rude! It wasn't just one, it was everyone we spoke to. They acted as though they were doing you a favor by letting you stay there. I'll never book another stay there.

Close to airport

Staff were ok. Ignored you unless you said.. “excuse me”! Lost 4$ in the vending machines and there wasn’t anyone at the desk to report it to. Requested a wake up call- never received it, missed our flights! “Grab and Go” breakfast means only what couple of muffins they put out. Started at 6 & and at 6:30- there was nothing left and they had no more in the back?!?!? Terrible! Won’t stay there again!

Small little get away

Good first off, I like my stay here feels like a home away from home . Me and the Wife enjoying every moment of this have definitely been some good resting up here next place Praying it our own just really ready to find a place of our own... Thanks again in advance 😀 MrHoward and MsHoward

Trashy hotel behind a strop club!

Staff was rude! Room was dirty! Not even a paper cup in the room. Maid banging on door at 10:25am. Very rude! Walls paper thin. Heard the neighbors having sex. Would never stay here again!

room mix up

They front desk was uncoordinated and registered us for the same room as another couple. We went to our room and when we opened the door and went I. There was another couple already occupying the room. The front desk was not apologetic and blames one another for the mix up. The bathroom in the room was not clean and everything was dated. I've used expedia before and this time I was disappointed in the room and the staff at the hotel. It advertised continental breakfast, in reality there was none. I would not stay at this hotel Again nor recommend

Scary and thin walls

We were unable to sleep due to thin walls and noises neighbors. I was afraid to complain because the front desk staff and been so rough during check in. We moved after one night to another hotel 2 blocks away and had a completely different experience.
