Pet friendly hotel with barking dog

We were kept up at night by a barking dog in the next room. Manager agreed to refund full price of room and entered this in the file. Expedia, Please process our refund

One night stay

Hotel location is great, breakfast c-; wouldn’t take much to provide a better breakfast to be able to compete with other hotel chains.

NOT WORTH THE PRICE. WAS RIPPED OFF.

Stayed the weekend of gasparilla. came back Saturday night after a fun day only to find roaches crawling on the floor and beds and towels were not made up or replaced. called the front desk and was told they do not do that and that we would have to bring our dirty towels to the front desk to have them replaced. Breakfast was definitely not continental, not much to choose from but a granola bar and a muffin purchased from the store. Parties from other rooms all hours of the night and a call to management fell on deaf ears.We will definitely not stay at another Extended stay hotel and will not recommend it to our friends. We travel a lot and this by far has been the worst stay yet. I wish there was insurance to get my money back.

Nice hotel convenient to shopping and restaurants

Pros: Location
Cons: Lobby could use some cosmetic upgrades.
Location: Close to International Plaza, Cigar City Brewery, Westshore Mall, and a great selection of restaurants.
Stayed one night and was convenient for business we had in the area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by and was quiet at night. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Over Priced,and smelly

Seriously. This hotel shouldn’t even be an option. The room needed a complete do over. It smelled of stale cigerette smoke and when I pulled the covers off the bed a spider went scampering away. No usual bathroom amenities like conditioner and body lotion. Their idea of breakfast is Cellophane Packedged muffins, instant oatmeal or grits. Granola bars? Really. Also No juice, no fruit or yogurt. This hotel is WAY overpriced for the nothing you get.

Grab and packaged snack and coffee

Adequate king suite for a 1 night stay. Shopping mall and restaurants across the street. Hotel seems to have some 'extended stay' residents. Free shuttle to the airport. For $100 night, it's tolerable.

Not the Hilton

My room smells like stale cigerette smoke and that makes me nauseous. The windows won’t open beyond a few inches so I could sir it out. The hotel is old and needs a serious facelift.

Ok accommodations

Toilet didn't work, had to move rooms. Then there was a party going on down the hall with a lot of house and slamming doors all night. However, it was very close to the airport, which is what we wanted.
