They see I got the king with bathtub for cheap and refuse to give me the room I booked. The caulking needs redoing in bathrooms. The rooms could be updated given the nightly price. It’s not like the Park Hyatt! Very disappointed given it’s a Hyatt.

Restaurant was good, staff was friendly. Only complaint is that the beds were too small and pillows were stiff.

Beautiful property and rooms. In room coffee station is lacking for this level of accommodation. “Coffee whitener” which is some concoction of chemicals no one should consume instead of cream is not acceptable. The restaurant was good but but staffed for the morning rush of a fully booked hotel and lead to long wait times and late check out. And while I’ve never complained about too much hot water, there was no cold water for morning shower leaving only scalding water as option. You could do better for the price.

Pool was not open and our room wasn't cleaned even though we walked past the cleaning staff multiple times over the 5 hours they were stationed on our floor.

They don’t tell you the pool is still down for renovations, the suggestion was a brisk 5 min walk to the other pool . it took 4 minutes and 37 seconds to get hot water in our shower. Women’s sauna does not work Men’s shower in locker room are cold . Came home from the beach and had backwash buildup all over sink . This was the worst stay we have had in Florida. I have stayed at grand Hyatt all over and this one is awful.

They changed our reservation and said they upgraded us when in fact it was a downgrade. They moved us from the hotel to one of their time shares and it was unbelievably dirty, mildew smell, damp, cold and the carpet downstairs was extremely dirty with black spots all over it. Then we called the front desk and they said they didn't have anything available but after complaining and being adamant that we wanted what we paid for they ended up giving us room.
When we went to the front desk the gentleman was very unpleasant and didn't even acknowledge our complaint.
The room was not bad but the pillows were very small and hard and made it uncomfortable to sleep. This is not a $500 a night hotel at all!
We tried to check out on the TV but thatwas not available, another inconvenience. We went to the front desk and again greeted with Rudeness.
Didn't ask or care how our stay was.
I will do everything possible not to ever stay at another HYATT!
Thet need to go through CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING.
