Staff very friendly especially at the bar. Front desk staff very nice. Room was nice although the carpet was dirty and would have been nice to know that the rooms above us were being renoated. Very noisy

Dirty, Rude, and Disgusting

I am shocked that this hotel is even part of the Hilton chain. It was filthy...and i mean filthy. Staff are rude and don't care about the condition of the place. Long waits for the elevator, air conditioner didn't work in the room, and housekeeping did very little to clean/stock rooms. I had to constantly call the operator and ask for little things. Only gave me one towel, no coffee cup with in-room coffee maker, no kleenex, no toilet paper, only one staff member working restaurant/bar which created an 43 minute wait for a diet coke! Yes i timed it. I waited on hold for 12 minutes to speak to manager, I got frustrated so I hung up and went downstairs. The manager was at the desk hanging out with staff chatting and giggling when i walked up. They didn't care.

Extremely noisy work engine noise all night and construction drilling during the day. Poor value for money.

nice hotel

They didn't vacuum under the bed. Found someone else's ear ring on the floor....the sink drain wouldn't pop up. Still thought it was a nice room overall.

The hotel is garbage ,but you get what you pay for i guess ? The staff there makes up for the smelly room with more than a few nats crawling around in the bathroom.

Good customer service... and that's all

We booked this hotel for a wedding. When we checked in the king size bed option we had paid for was not available so my husband and I got a room with two doubles. The room had multiple LARGE stains on the carpet. When we walked in the room was wet, from the humidity as the AC was not on. The next morning, I went to the fitness room and the AC was broken. After working out, I went to the room and jumped in the shower. The water (all water, toilet, sink, shower, etc.) in our room went out 3 times while I was showering. The drain in the sink was broken and would not allow any water to drain. Saturday midmorning through 3pm when we left for the wedding, there was a constant hammering/drilling noise that DID NOT STOP. I called the front desk to figure out what it was and they kept putting me off, saying they would call me back/ that they didn't hear the noise, etc... Come to find out the top two floors were being renovated. All in all the hotel was HORRIBLE, the customer service was good, but again the rooms and the amenities were bad. I will not come back to this hotel and will recommend others not waste their money.

Hotel in need of renovations

First, I will give credit where credit is due. The staff at this hotel were fantastic. I received excellent service from each employee I interacted with. However, the hotel is in serious need of renovations. We arrived shortly after 7 PM and left by 7:30 PM to attend a concert. There were stains on the carpet and the bath tub faucet dripped. In addition one of the bathroom lights only worked intermittently. I wasn't too worried because we would only be there one night. We returned around midnight and the AC still hadn't cooled the room down. When we called the front desk, someone was sent to check it out and confirmed the issue. We were told they couldn't move us to another room because the hotel was full and no one would be there to fix it until the next day. We were offered breakfast vouchers but we were still stuck in a warm room all night. This could be a great place to stay if they would invest the money for repairs.
