The young lady on reception was very helpful in dealing with internet issues.
Reception was unmanned late afternoon until early morning. There are contact numbers available, but presumably it is only manned until everyone is checked in.
Biggest negative is the lack of basic maintenance to the room. Radiators gave off very little heat and two of the lights were not working. As there was no-one on reception, these couldn't be rectified.
Overall, it is good for the price, but needs attention to detail.
