Dear Anonymous, thank you for the review. I'm sorry to hear you did not enjoy our hotel concept. As self-service hotels we do not have any staff on site and therefore no reception. We also do not offer luggage storage for the safety of our guests' belongings: as there is no staff to look after the luggage, it's not safe to store it at the hotel before check-in and gaining access to your designated room.
