Not the best location. Breakfast only cheap continental we paid for additional. Staff badic no smiles. They are defietelly not used to non me ican tourists.

Dear guest, your reservation was made by one person and at the time of your arrival were more people, that is why you were charged additional persons. Our continental breakfast is buffet and is free, And our location is excellent since we are in the main avenue of the city near all the most important places of the city. I'm sorry that we did not like him.

Close to restaurant, shopping areas, and convenient access to downtown from here ... Good location. Great hotel for your money.

it was nice, but rules are dumb

it was nice to stay there, the kids loved the pool. the only thing i didnt like is the fact of the charges to make calls from the room to a restaurant to do some delivery, they charge to call out. i guess is mexico and what can you expect but when you travel international and phone doesnt work there, it makes it hard. also they will not let my dad or my brother or my friends to come up into the room to visit me and to help to pack or unpack or anything. i found that kind of ridiculous

Great Place to Stay

Pros: Very nice staff, polite and willing to help.
Cons: Respect your request to not be disturbed. The rooom cleaning should be on your schedule not theirs as they should remember that you're their Guest.
Nice and clean; central to main áreas of shopping, movies, resturants and transportation. No shuttle service from airport to hotel. Bed are a bit hard but satisfactory. Cleaning staff 'insist' on servicing your room everyday and will disturb you "even with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. That only keeps the help from knocking on your room door, but they will get the Hotel Manager to call you to ask when can the cleaning staff get into your room to service it. Bad when your function is at night and you sleep during the day. Besides that everything else was great. Business Room is actually in the lobby so don't look for privacy. Breakfast is continental of cerial, coffee, juice, fruit (only 2 types and usually a wáter melón type). toast and pastery. Overall I would recommend staying it's worth the Price.

nice place

Actually very nice place of the main drag & easily accessible from airport & any popular sights downtown or area entertainment. The beds are firm & my wife didn't like that too much but, was ok for me. I wish they had a small fridge and/or microwave.
