Service is so poor I went up and down with my 2 luggage’s because they can’t get the room keys correct! At one point they gave me a key and someone was still in it. The room they gave me was so dirty and the door will not lock without slamming it. Staff don’t care there the pool was so dirty there is dirt or mildew at bottom of the pool being alone the water was black. I will not stay or recommend that place!!!

For the price i paid i feel i got cheated out my money! Could've went to a motel. Beds are hard and old , it smells, pillows are flattened, no towels only had to ask a few times till the front desk supervisor

Granted, this property is privately owned, but as much as the rooms cost, I would have thought this place would be better kept. On the positive side, the outside breakfast area has a great beach view and a fine breakfast; but that's where it stops. Our room was anything but comfortable: from the filthy looking carpet, the AC that blew cold air no matter what we set the thermostat to, the shower that dribbled water, and hot flashes like everyone was flushing their toilets and a bed that we could feel the springs through. Oh, and our "garden view" room that overlooked the trash and jet ski maintenance shop. Not nice. and never again.

When I checked in they sent me to a room with BLACK MILDEW / MOLD on the ceiling by the AC vent. It was very noticable. I went downstairs and asked to change rooms and the front desk agent was not very sympathetic or apologetic at all - as if this isn't a major health concern. The next day two male "maintenance" workers (no ids) walked right into the room I was in. They had been fixing it, they explained. Yes, the AC was leaking. Yes, I had the "Do not distrub" on the door. As a female that pretty extra freaky. They seemed freaked out too as it was clearly a mistake, but still. Again, mentioned it to the front and they didn't seem to see my concern. I certainly wont be staying there again and wouldn't recommend to anyone - black stuff in the air ducts is probably a major health concern that someone should do something about besides just painting over. Yuck.

Too filthy to stay.
The hotel looked great in the photos, but when we got there, we noticed how run down, not clean at all. The wi-fi was so slow, it was useless, the room was not cleaned, we found hair in the bathroom, in the stained bed sheets and pillow case, so we had to call house cleaning service before going to bed. The ceiling was leaking, making the part of the room and carpet wet and stink. I booked a room for a family of three, but they only provided two pillows and two towels. When I asked for extra pillow, the staff mentioned there maybe an extra charge. Many things, including ice machine, elevator, was not working. We asked about the location of museums etc., since where was no we-fi, they had no idea, and were not very helpful.The location was great, and it could be a great place to stay if the owner kept it up, maintenance and clean it, provide decent wi-fi connection (or let customers know ahead of time, so they can rent a pocket wi-fi), etc.

Right on the beach. Nice pool and restaurant. Plastic chairs were broken so difficult to lounge pool side. Rooms were musty. The staff were quick to provide amenities to include servicing the rooms.

Nice little beach, but has several loud jet skis. Old, dirty facilities. Poor Wi-Fi connection. Restaurant downstairs is expensive and not good. Hotel is not within walking distance to anything.

Unpleasant stay check in at 3pm get to the room there is no Towel Fridge was unclean left over stuff inside No coffee maker nor Microwave that is noted online . I ask the front Desk said its by request and I did but my request never arrived. Not even Hand towel or Face Towel Room was smelled dirty.

The location is great, nice and private by a lovely area next to Tumon. Lovely views outside (not from my room) and the hotel would be a classic if it were fixed up a bit. So much charm...I hope they restore it.

Probably the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Rust in the tub, stained carpets, cigarette burns on the night stand, cockroaches. I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not. The staff were pleasant but ineffective.

Hotel at great location. Beautiful outdoor dining and bar. Rooms need renovation. Carpet is nasty. Furniture old and worn out. Dryer, elevator, outside beach showers, you name it all broke or down to only one working. Not even a coffee pot in room.

The gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. When asked for a wake up call he said he was unable to do that but he would knock at my door. I said I'd just set the alarm and he said there wasn't a clock in the room. Eeek. My phone was not charged (my fault) and my cord was at the airport in my luggage (my fault) So we made a plan for him to knock at 4:45 a.m. and he was right on the dot. He couldn't give me a wake up call because there was no phone in the room either. No soap, but there was a toothbrush. No washcloths, but there was a pool towel. The water was warm, pressure ok, but the lever for the shower was corroded, so there was no shower. I stayed there about 13 years ago and it was nice, so I paid extra to stay there this time. Don't.....but then I've heard stories about the other places too. At least the elderly man at the desk was dependable and nice.

Great value...but don't expect the works.
Pros: Price Location (if you have rental car) Sunset view Beach access Comfy beds On-site restaurant, bar, convenience shop, and massages (lovely people at all of them) Cons: Communication (no phones) No reservations at front desk after hours (outdated system) Bathroom doors aren't solid (and ours didn't close properly) Hot water was inconsistent (hot tub was cold, our room didn't have hot water one night)

Major disappointment
My family had a 12-hour overnight layover in Guam so we booked this hotel. I deeply regret booking this hotel. We booked a room with a king bed and one roll-away bed since there were 3 of us. When we checked into the hotel we were told that they only had 2 twin beds and that the hotel was fully booked. The room is in bad need of repair and you do not want to talk barefoot on the dirty and stained carpet. We had to go back to the front desk several times for another set of towels (there were only 2 in the room) and a hairdryer, etc. The woman at the front desk was friendly and tried to be helpful, but clearly the hotel screwed up our reservation and there was nothing we could do about it.

The experience was unfortunate and disappointing. The room only had one working lamp, tv did not work at all, hairs from previous guests were in tub and bathroom floor...at least the AC worked and there were no bedbugs (that we could see...). Wi-fi did. It work in our room. Paid for breakfast but breakfast buffet didn’t open till after our flight...they would not issue a refund. Trying to get a shuttle from the airport was also difficult and cost as much as a taxi. Shuttle back to the airport left late. Could not believe the room rate considering the sub-par facilities and experience. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Room was okay, but no mini fridge or mini bar..shower is not good for safety, no rugs or rubber mat on the bathroom floor and in the bath tub to prevent slippery...sink was cllogged, very slow to drain, not enough hangers to hang our clothes, beddings should be at least two pillows on the bed...

It is not a 5 star resort, but it it right on the beach. If youre not looking to spend a hundred bucks a night on a hotel room, Santa Fe is worth a looking into.

I didn’t like the fact that the washer in the laundry room was not working. There were some problems in the room such as the smoke alarm and the carpet was kind of stained. My family did enjoy the stay and the pool. The staff was wonderful.

Not good because room phone is not functioning (if you say so in your ads, better make good of it, no excuses that there is a tech problem. My niece left 2 notes for us on the front desk, nobody informed us when we got back in the hotel. We were suppose to checkout on December 21 yet, but our door was locked and we cannot get in on December 20.

Not good certainly not a 3 star hotel
I arrived after a 24 hour travel from Boston to Guam. When I got into the room it was ice cold which was great . I took a shower no hot water. I went to dry off and no towels in the room. I went to call the lobby no phone I went to Skype no internet. I’ve been to many hotels and this is a two start hotel by a margin. The view in the back is beautiful

Very basic and very aged
A perfect setting right on the bay, just feet from the water. All site amenities including the bar shut down by 9pm (maybe even earlier). A bar twenty feet off the beach on a bay should be open all night! Rooms need a MAJOR updating, they are very, very, very dated, should have been updated 10+ years ago. Rooms are basic, lamps were old and fragile, drapes old, bathroom ancient, furniture is barely holding together (loose drawer fronts). There was a working fridge in the room. There was no safe in the room, which isn't something easily correctable (nothing attracts attention like asking for another room with a safe). The worry of my laptop and passport possibly disappearing while I was out, kinda put a damper on my days, especially because it was obvious that a number of the room entry doors had been forced open with a crowbar. The place is kept as clean as it can be it light of the age of everything (an old carpet is an old carpet no matter how much you clean it). Bit of a musty smell throughout, hard to avoid in such a humid place. Harder to avoid when everything is old. If you need a basic place to crash for a night or two (or few hours), it's fine. Wifi sucked. No phone in the room (though frankly who needs it with cell phones). One elevator out of order the entire time. Place could be so much more with it's location, but at the price it's hard to complain
