Overbooked and have no alternatives

They overbooked multiple guests and gave us no alternative. They kept delaying us from finding another hotel by promising that a room would free up soon. The air conditioner was so cold, there was a large puddle of water in the room I was given for three hours.

A Room and Nothing Else

Pros: Location
Cons: Completely modernised.
Location: at the airport and all the airport offers
Situated at Terminal 2 and that is all this place has going for it. No restaurant, no bar and very tired and dirty looking rooms.

Pros: Location
Cons: Elevators
Best solution if you are in transit at Jakarta airport. It is inside a Terminal 2. All of the experience was good except for the fact that the hotel does n have elevators so it is hard to move luggage to th room (the staff carries it for you)

painting room next door to mine, unable to stay in room due to paint fumes. no restaurant in hotel even though the web site listed both a bar and restaurant available in hotel. dirty room, dirty halls, carpet soiled.

Just okay. But beacause my flight was really early so staying at the hotel was very convenient.

Location is very convenient as hotel is at terminal 2 in CGK airport. If you arrive in Terminal 1 or 3, you will need to call hotel directly for a pick up as the hotel does not have regularly scheduled shuttle service at these terminals. Hotel does not have an elevator and that is silly since the hotel is multi level. The hotel should have an elevator. Room is quite dated & hotel needs to update furniture and bed. Check in & check out are fast & efficient. As of April 2017, hotel does not have a restaurant on-site so if you are hungry, you will need to go into the airport terminal and find something to eat. The CGK airport terminal 2 has quite a few eating places; however, the hotel should have an onsite restaurant.
