"Host was very kind as was the person providing us breakfast. This is a review of the property - suffice it to say that we (a group of 5 women), traveling all over Spain and Morocco, unanimously found this property to be filthy, totally unkept and smelly. It was difficult to get to; host was courteous in his communication but did not go meet us to guide us to riad. We never got internet service. Worst property of our 15 day trip."

"Great hotel. Very warm yet professional staff. Located right next to where the Al Boraq train arrives/departs. Recommend visiting the pool and open air bar to look over the beautiful view out of Tangier on the almost top level."

"The hotel is well located and the staff is very courteous. Rooms were clean and I recommend having the sea view with balcony. Side note, I will advise against visiting Tangier in during peak season from mid July to end of August. Hard to enjoy your vacation when you are stuck in traffic for an hour to drive a couple of miles."

"The room had not been prepared for our children - we had to repeatedly ask to have the sofa bed done. The shower is only a trickle and sometimes completely goes off. The staff was very friendly and the hotels garden restaurant in the pool area was excellent with very friendly waiters . The pool was lovely and staff was friendly and helpful even when it was very busy. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of food. The main disappointment was that the room really Needed a proper refurb. The shower / bath were rusty and toilet paper holder fell off when I moved the toilet paper. Carpet coming off at the stairs etc. However, the hotel felt very safe and was fine for a short stay."

"I had an excellent check in experience thanks to MJ at the front desk. MJ was incredibly professional, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The check in process was quick and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive our room at 11:00 AM, which made a big difference to our stay. MJ’s friendly attitude, efficiency, and outstanding customer service set a great first impression. Thank you for making our arrival so smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would gladly stay here again."

"This was a very well located hotel if you wanted to spend time on the beach but it was quite far from the old medina. Tangier is a very busy city and at certain times of the day the city is grid locked and it’s virtually impossible to get a taxi or move. The disappointments was there was no iron or hangers in the room. We had to wait nearly 4 hours to get some despite this being a supposedly 5 star hotel with ample wardrobe space - not much use without hangers. The hairdryer was a disgrace too with both me and my husband ending up with small burns on our hands but that got replaced eventually too but again a couple of hours. They tended to respond better to my Moroccan husbands requests. I often got ignored when it came to these matters. There was also loads of screams loud children everywhere - on the hotel, on the beach and everywhere."
