“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. “Restaurants are very close. Unable to buffer Wi-Fi. Great place to rest for adventures on the Kitsap Peninsula. Not a big town, but for that extra down time casinos are available in area. Need a car to get around. There is bus service limited bus service. This is not one of those big fancy chain hotel/motel. I would stay here again.”
