“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “Could not check in without being told by police to go elsewhere.
My husband was flagged by a patrolling police officer in the parking lot and questioned if we were staying here. We will highly advised this was not a good motel to stay at and go elsewhere. The officer said it was very unsafe due to shady ongoing incidents at this place.
