Our experience at Jeeva Baloum was great for their location which is very special. The traditional "hut" was great, clean and came with amazing view of the ocean. Here are some observations which would have made the stay more memorable. We arrived around 3 pm and were informed that the Restaurant opened for Dinner at 7:30 pm but nothing is open until then?? On the Website it promotes "local" produce, I didn't see that on the menu nor did the staff know where the produce came from. Why do you have Italian etc dishes on the menu in a Off the Grid Beach Camp resort in East Lombok. Remember this is a Beach Camp with Service. On the day of checking out there was no offer of picking up our luggage from the Accomodation, you are walking on sand, whilst reaching the "Front Office" hut 5 guy's were sitting on the steps????? The absolutely beautiful beach was covered with washed up garbage and the two beach cleaners were not very active too get it cleaned. Would I go back, YES!! Give me one week and I can make this place into a memorable place where people will come back again and again.

No Gymnasium or exercise facility. No mini bar in the room. No coffee pod machine in the room, not even a plunger and they refused to supply either. The pool at the Pool villas consistently carried leaf litter. Adding insult to injury, they have deliberately crippled WiFi calling on their Internet connection. When asked, they gave no reason for this. I emailed them about this and eight days later am still awaiting a response. I used the WiFi in the cafes in town to make WiFi calls. No other establishment I have stayed at in the last six months (about five) did this. The establishment is old and tired: I get the impression they're just waiting for an opportunity to knock it down and rebuild. 5 star? They're kidding. Maybe 25 years ago. Not now. The world has moved on and expectations have risen.

We loved staying at the Konkret, the staff were so friendly and the food was great, while a limited menu we were happy with our daily breakfast. The location was good, just away from the hussle of the main street but an easy few min walk. The downstairs area was nice to relax in, no issues with bugs, my only comment would be we all struggled with the firm mattress. We would love to stay again and home to revisit!

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. Beyond the beautiful setting with lush greenery, what I truly loved was the vision behind this project. It is so inspiring to see a place that is designed to integrate the local community, providing the locals with not just jobs, but a truly beautiful and empowering place to work. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction. The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!

This was the best hotel we have ever stayed at!!!! We have stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and Tampah Hills blows them all out of the water! From the moment you arrive at your villa you’re welcomed by the friendliest staff. They will go out of their way to accommodate any needs you may have, and will truly do everything in their power to make you feel at home. You’ll have a WhatsApp number to contact if there is anything you may want, and they will literally meet almost any request you may have. For example, we requested a romantic dinner on our pool deck in our villa the day of and they drove all the way to the main town on Lombok, 2 hours away, to buy flowers for the setup and make sure everything was perfect! We thought this was a one and done hotel but it is well worth the extra effort of going to Lombok and we will be making this a standard trip of ours now! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer! Thank you so much for everything!
