“I honestly loved my stay with Privada, they have amazing customer service!! Everyone we spoke with was so nice and helpful. We loved the amenities provided as well, especially the beach set up including chairs, a cooler, and snorkeling gear. We rented out an umbrella for $50 for 2 days which completed the set up and made it easy for our beach trips. We ended up running into a small issue with the umbrella and I reached out through the app and the staff was able to fix the issue very quickly.……

“This place was nice. It's not a fancy resort but had all the things needed to enjoy Aruba. The pool was clean, the patio was nice. The staff were warm and welcoming. The rooms were a little dated, but the location and authenticity made up for that. Recommend having a rental car to get to downtown Oranjestad. There is a little beach nearby with some amazing views, and the airplanes fly really low to the water. Would definitely go back there.”
