Fees to the Waterpark are not included in your reservation. Buy your Waterpark tickets in advance, as it does sell out.

Lamentablente fue una experiencia muy negativa, a pesar que la cabaña estaba a la altura de nuestras expectativas. Mucha descoordinación entre Expidia y el dueño de la propiedad y mucha descoordinación entre el propietario y el personal que atiende las cabañas. Llegamos y no teniamos llave y la unica perdona que recibe a los huespedes es un security, que no tiene nocion de nada. Perdimos el primer dia de la renta, tuvimos que hospedarnos ern otro hotel, porque nadie conocia de nuestra entrada, nadie tenia la llave de la cabaña y el dueño viajando por Europa. El security perdido que no sabia nada, el personal que atiende las cabañas igual, nadie tenía el famoso código o la llave para entrar a la propiedad. La reservación en expidia muestra un hotel que no tiene nada que ver con la realidad. Ponen un teléfono que se corresponde a un hotel totalmente diferente de lo que realmente es la propiedad. Dicen que tenemos un dia incluido en el parque de agua y tambien es mentira. Realmente la experiencia con Expidia ha sido mala y en varias oportunidades... Al siguiente dia cuando entramos a la propiedad, realmente nos sorprendimos. Es una propiedad muy linda que no merita tener esta web como promotor ni personal que sea tan irresponsable que deje a sus clientes botados en la calle y que nadie responda ni de una explicación, despues de haber recorrido mas de 20 horas para llegar al lugar, con niños pequeños y personas mayores y nadie es responsable de eso. Expidia no se responsabiliza

The condo we stayed in was a good size and accommodated a lot of people. It was very clean and was exactly what we were looking for. The condo was in a gated community which was well maintained (as nonresidents just be sure to utilize Gate B to get in). Unfortunately the indoor pool and hot tub were only available on the weekends due to it being the off season. The complex was very close to Camelback Resort as well as several other activities which were only minutes away. We will definitely be looking to stay at this property again.

I wastold false information and I also did not not have access to WiFi until my second day no one would get back to me it was spider webs everywhere and the oven was very dirty I could not make my family dinner because the smoke alarm kept going off and then the people next door left trash out the whole weekend and animals got to it and roped open
