Family-friendly slopeside fun with an indoor pool
Townhouse is situated in The Village at Camelback Community, only community that offers SKI ON/OFF to Camelback Ski trails. Community amenities are currently CLOSED due to Covid state regulartions: indoor heated pool, sauna, hot tub and indoor courts.
Located just a 5-10 minute walk to CamelBeach Outdoor Waterpark (summer) and Camelback Ski admissions (winter), 1 minute walk to the community pool and 2-3 minute walk to slopes for ski on/off.
Surrounding area is packed with activities, most are a short drive away.

Comfortable 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom attached townhouse with NEWLY renovated kitchen, living room, and bedrooms for your use.

NEW A/C and Heating system in every room.

-TV: Active accounts for Netflix and Amazon prime. XBOX and PS3.

The Village at Camelback offers a sports complex facility including heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, weight room as well as indoor tennis court with basketball hoop and outdoor tennis court.

The fitness room has equipment to accommodate most exercise regimens. There are free weights as well as a Universal Machine, Nordic Trac-Leg Lift Bike, Nordic Trac-Electric Weight System, Total Gym, Recumbant Bike and for walkers and runners a Treadmill. CLOSED

Indoor Pool is heated to 83 degrees year round. Pool hours are based upon lifeguard availability. CLOSED

Outdoor tennis court is particularly appealing during the spring, summer and fall. Waiting for a court is rarely an issue but if you must have a fixed time check with the office staff. Tennis shoes are required to play on the newly renovated courts.Hours: Mon. - Fri. 9am to 5pm Sat. & Sun. 9am to 5pm

Morhers Day Weekend
My brother and I rented this house for our family to celebrate Mother's Day together. The house was VERY clean, VERY cozy. Katya was very pleasant, helpful and available when needed. We will definitely come back!

College visits
The property was extremely clean and the kitchen was well stocked with equipment and all that we needed during out visit. The space was open and the rooms were all tastefully decorated with modern furniture and clean finishes. We had some problems with the wifi and the owner was extremely responsive and helped coordinate re-starting with her internet provider on a conference call. I've already recommended the rental to other friends and would definitely return!

Upon arrivial we had the please of meeting the owners,really nice people, Beautiful home very spavcious. Family had a wonderful time. The kids did not want to leave.
