Kachina Hotel

Hotel is in a good location close to the plaza. Our room needed alot of repair work, painting, updating and cleaning.

Out of date and dirty

The outdoor parking area and walkways were covered with ice even though it had not snowed in 3 days. All the other local hotels had cleaned their driveways by now. The carpet in the room was stained in multiple places along with a torn up comforter on the bed. The bathroom was also dirty as it looked like the shower and toilet had not been cleaned. It was not like the hotel was overbooked either, so staff was not over worked to cause for poor service.

Close to the plaza

Room was small and out dated. The bed was very hard. Room was very clean. Walls are thin could here everthing going on outside and in the other rooms.

Room not clean

Room not clean...looked like someone had been using the room to hang out in. They wouldn't allow me a different room, instead they made me wait while they cleaned the room. I got there at 4pm and didn't get to use the room until 6pm. Later that evening someone tried to get into the room, thankfully I had the mechanical lock set. I had booked two nights but left after the night because I didn't feel safe there. The place is in poor condition and the internet never did work even though management said they would fix it. I would never go back there!!

Does not deserve to be called a resort...

Pros: Nothing really
Cons: Rooms, Jacuzzi area, service
Location: Decent location.
All of the towels and blankets seemed to be pieced together from Walmart. Which isn't bad just unexpected and not the greatest quality. Restroom door did not close in my room or my friends room. Showers did not stay hot. Jacuzzi room did not have lights, we used what little lights shined from the bathroom. Staff wasn't not helpful.

La little run down and the room never got warm. Small heater on the wall worked but the baseboard heaters did not

The hotels wifi was down, the game room was closed, the restaurant closed before we could eat dinner, they didn't clean or take out our trash at all while we were there, and we could get the heater to turn down to a comfortable temperature.

We'll stay here again

Outdated, but spacious and clean. It was quiet while we were there, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Good value.
