The employees were very polite, friendly and helpful! The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable, but it was a little difficult to regulate the room temperature. The hotel is only a short walk to the night market which has a variety of food.

Very cozy and nice hotel. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable and big too. Twin beds can fit 4 pax actually. Feels like a 5* hotel and very near to night market. We had soya bean you tiao assorted nice breakfast opposite the hotel . Will stay again if I want to stay in Taoyuan again 👍

Excellent hotel for our overnight stopover! Rail transportation from Airport to Hotel was about 30 minutes. The local night market was a short walk away. Room was spacious with a lovely view.

Room is extremely small, an average size person is unable to sit straight on toilet bow. Wall is unclean. Reception area is a mess and bad security access. Glass door separated to the rooms floor can be pushed open by hands easily. Not a family friend environment hotel. We did not want to have breakfast there even though it was paid.

Beautiful hotel and lobby, carpet in the halls and rooms is getting quite old with wear marks and stains. Workout facilities and steam/hot saunas are very nice and clean. Very attentive staff, on overall wonderful experience

Excellent staff that are VERY attentive. The property is getting a little old, the carpets in the halls and rooms are stained and worn. The chandeliers and foyer are beautiful. We stayed in the Ambassador Suite, very nice room. The technology is also quite old, you should bring outlet multipliers as there are very few and they are all being used for lights etc. There are no USB lights or plugs anywhere to be found in the room.

The hotel is near the airport, took about 30 mins to reach the hotel from the airport. Lights in the hotel room is too dim and we are unable to adjust the brightness of the lights in the hotel room.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 days we have nothing to complain excellent breakfast is good even though we are paying for it but it's ok we don't mind as long as we enjoy our brekky coffee, tea, juices lv it and very clean as well conceirge very helpful esp when we need taxi. Great

Our second stay here. Our hotel room was huge, however just getting a bit outdated and tired. The room had a fridge that was leaking water into the carpet so the room smelt musty. The bathroom looked to be for disabled requirements so was very big with rails, no enclosed shower, making it hard to keep the toilet area etc dry. We doubt we would stay again.

The only thing that surprised me about this place was that there's no in-room fridge. I mean, even some of the places I've been too that are worse than Kuva had a in-room fridge. But if you can live with that, this was definitely a very nice place to stay. I felt that I slept very well in their beds. The tub was a nice touch, I made sure to soak myself every day. Some of my friends were surprised I had to pay to do laundry, they say it's free at some other places. Located within very walkable distance to the Zhongli night market, it's an excellent choice if you're a foodie like me. One HUGE plus, it's also walking distance to a shrimp fishing place, one of my main reasons for visiting :D

An old hotel. Room is poor maintained. Toilet leaking, faucets dirty, and desk chair arm broken. Very unsafe to cross street since there is no traffic light at the cross section. Hotel charges 700$ going to the airport while Uber only goes for $570!!
