Hi SallyThank you for sharing your experience. The unit you booked is our studio with limited cooking facilities - especially for guests who have limited cooking requirement. There are basic facilities such as microwave, fridge, toaster & kettle inside of unit. For any used cutleries, we will wash when we are doing room service. If you like more classic design, our studio with cooking facilities/standard studio will be your choice.Regards,

Hi thereHere is our policy "If any articles are left in the suites after you have checked out, we will hold the item/s for one month only and then pass onto charities. If you would like the items returned – a stamped/paid courier bag is required enabling us to return your time/s. I wonder what you left behind. Left a review without name is really hard for us to investigate.

Hi BrianThank you for your review. Our location is close to everything, but on the other hand, a bit noise from main road especially at weekend. Unforturnately, noise from traffic is not under our control, but we have earplug prepared for guests who are very sensitive to noise.

One of worst bed i have sleeped on. Shower lining was broken let water in behind the wall. Bathroom sink was in the kitchen worst set up i have very seen. Noise from the road all night. Noise pugs are unsafe in a fire. Unsafe steps when wet. Parking silly set up and car bloking steps at one end. Good one night no more. Felt unsafe with people oh staying there.

Hi KurtWhile you stayed, you had zero communication with our staff and insteadly left all this information online. If you checked all reviews from guests who have stayed with us, we have no any issues which you mentioned. By the way, majority of our guests are corporate guests, we don't know how you felt unsafty with them. Your review really makes me doubt if you post review on a right commodation.

We spent four nights here and found the room to be be well appointed and comfortable. The location is very handy to walk everywhere. Over the road from supermarket and a short walk to Main Street. Would recommend and stay again.

Great Location but Not Ideal For Light Sleepers
Handy location near supermarkets, restaurants and food outlets. Short walk to the beautiful Pukekura Park. Friendly welcome from owner. My only reason for the ‘average’ rating was that we had the upstairs unit right next to the main road and so road noise was a bit of an issue, compounded by the loading bay at Pak’n’Save across the road getting busy around 5.00 am with trucks and fork lifts working. I am quite a light sleeper so it just didn’t work for me. Any of the other units I’m sure would be better.

The one bedroom apartment is perfect, plenty of room and plenty of drawers and hanging space. No drawers in studios unfortunately. Super friendly owners, close by to supermarket and walk to main shopping area.

Good location
Room 12 (upstairs) was a great size with a super king bed which was very comfortable. After spending 2 weeks travelling around the North Island and staying in various accommodations this one was the best. Absolutely spotless. Very close to shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
