There was new building and old building. I was there for old one. It was clean all. But I saw big difference

Under construction.. our room was new and nice but there was a step ladder in the shower when we arrived. Not super friendly at check in. Housekeeping missed replacing toilet paper , leaving any Kleenex, replacing dirty glasses, no wash clothes, had to ask for spare toilet paper as they were very small rolls.the shower was great but took at least 5 minutes to get warm water. the restaurant was again under construction which was fine great ocean view, very slow service for food and drinks. Very noisy location, can walk to things. Looks like it will be very nice once finished next year, need to work on staffing to meet the demand of the hotel. 3/5 stars

Ok for short stay
Stuff were very nice. I ordered room service food were also good too. But the hotel condition is not very good. It was old and it definitely needs renovation.

Back to the 80s
The hotel is like a trip back to the 80s. All the deco is from that decade, but the rooms are clean and cozy. Since there wasn’t high speed internet on the 80s, the same logic applies to the hotel. The internet is worse than the old 80s dial-up.

Great location to see Taranto
It was just fopr one night but nice view from room and service very nice. Breakfast was OK but not included which hotels was a ;little vague on. Great location to see the town.

The room was a good size. It was cool. The shower cubicle was too small. WE were promised a sea view room but never happened.

Not to a Mercure standard.
The building was old and run down. Not to usual Mercure standards. Not in a touristy area. The food was really good. The staff helpful. Power points old so our adapter wouldn’t fit.

Hotel on the sea front and lovely swimming pool and great view from the back. Air conditioning in the hotel kept you cool from the hot temperatures so you won’t feel uncomfortable. Breakfast is very good, lovely buffet and lots to choose from. Restaurant in hotel has a good menu with variety of choices. Enjoyed my stay.

Nice views.
Hotel in need of a refurbishment. Nice views but hotel and surroundings are tatty and tired. Comfortable enough.

Old and I wouldn't recommend staying there
Very old feeling to the hotel. Old decor, very old bathrooms in bad condition. The pool suround looks very dirty and the pool itself is basically in a car park. The bathrooms have very small shower cubicles and the slow low heat hairdryers that some hotels still have! The bed was comfy, there is a balcony. Low strength Wi-Fi. Breakfast is low quality with hardly any choice.

In need of an update.
Hotel is ok but not great. Carpets in hallways are faded and need replacing. Breakfast is simple. Sea view is great. Hotel feels a little dated and tired and needs an update.

Not far to downtown
Have nothing to complain, all are good or better than expect. Free bottled water, nice hotel staff, good wifi connection, cleanliness room and bathroom and proving good food and drink in restaurant. The TV channel are as usual... almost are all italy channels

Worked for me.
For a quick overnight stay on a road trip it was fine. The neighborhood at night felt a bit sketchy but in the light of day, it was OK. It's on an industrial-ish waterfront but there is a pool that I didn't stay long enough to use. The breakfast was as expected and decent. The room had a bit of a view. Can't help thinking that an Italian, no-name place would have more charm but I needed a front-desk that was open late.

Pleasant hotel 10 mins from old town.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and breakfast buffet. Had an issue with the swimming pool not open but other than that a reasonable base to explore the area.

We knew very little about the area but were surprised at the lack of upkeep. the hotel itself was very comfortable with the exception of the unsightly pool and weedy car park. the staff were very pleasant and helpful with the exception of one who referred us to the local cafe after we arrived tired ( and soaked after a downpour) because the bar was closed (4pm!) dinner was excellent both in food and service.

Hotel is mediocre and the staff is poor. Sayyid one night after a long day of travel. The hotel might have been alright if the staff was better.

Overall a nice property that suited my business needs. Room was rather small but very clean. Bed was comfortable, firm but not a slab. Only downside noticed was the intermittent wifi service, was up and running on my departure date though. Breakfast buffet service was a nice way to start the day but note that it is not included in all rates. No worries about staying here, will do so again if in the area. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Bel hotel bien conçu et bien placé mais la decoration est datée. Cepedant la literie est confortable. Petit déjeuner en supplément 10€ mais vaut le coût. Bon sejour étape.

Ci siamo trovati bene
Ho visto le recensioni di quest hotel e devo dire che è vero che le camere necessitano di una ristrutturazione sopratutto per la parte del bagno ma comunque sono pulitissime e confortevoli.Poi aprire la finestra e sentire il suono del mare sinceramente non ha prezzo.Una vista dalla stanza del golfo di Tranato bellissima con a corredo uno splendido tramonto.Ci riteniamo soddisfatti del soggiorno e sicuramente ci ritorneremo.Staf dalla reception alla sala colazione gentilissimo
