We stayed at the hotel for a wedding nearby. The staff were amazing and booked taxi's for us. The hotel was fantastic, the breakfast was great and we had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

It’s a great place with a madame her dog and daughter.. the rooms are fun .. the location is fabulous to be able to visit so many places.. Tarascon itself with the castle, Beaucaire across the Rhône walking and great restaurants.. driving to Arles, St Remy, renting a bike anywhere.. Uze is close, Avignon, the Luberon.. etc…

Beautiful seventeenth century hotel with air conditioned, large rooms with new bathrooms.A real treat in a delightful ancient town 15 minutes from Arles.

Excellent in every way.
I loved this hotel. Tasteful provencal decoration. The room had a terrace and it was nice to kick back and relax there in the evening. The (new) owners were friendly and helpful. Good wifi. I wish I had used this hotel as my base during my trip. Free parking on the street.

Wonderful hotel. Tarascon is a great base city.
Antoine, the owner is SO nice. We arrived just before the 9 PM check-in deadline. It was late for him, yet the reception was good. Cars must find their own parking spot, on the street. He has a spot just outside the hotel for check-in time - he allowed us to leave it there overnight so we didn't have to learn the layout of the area that night. The breakfast was VERY good. It is around a long table where all the guests sit. We were typically the first to the table - others joined as they choose. The food was laid out along 3 cupboards/hutches (bread, meats, cheeses, yogurts, fruits, cereals, coffee/tea/milk,orange juice, jams, plus. Antoine was very good at discussing the things to see in the area. The room was very clean - a 'linoleum' wood floor for cleanliness. Plenty of space for organizing stuff. If we were there in warmer times, there is a nice balcony for our room.

Great experience.
Wonderful small hotel. Very friendly and informative manager. I would very much recommend if you are planning a trip to Arles, Nimes or Avengon and want to be out of the fray.

The owner gave me his parking spot in front of hotel....nice way to start. At the end he gave me his phone charger adapter which i left in Seville. Everything in between was just as pleasant.

Proprietor was very welcoming
Proprietor provided suggestions and maps on what to see. Was very accommodating and gracious. Only draw back was Internet was intermintent - phone connected, but not laptop or iPad. Overall wonderful stay!

Beautiful hotel, nice host.
This gorgeous building from 17th century is very well maintained hotel now. The hosts welcomed us and he and his wife were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend to have breakfast here which was served in a beautiful dining room. Parking was very easy.

As others have observed this hotel was a great alternative to higj-priced St Remy, within easy driving distance to Pont de Hard and Les Baux. The innkeeper planned our trips. His friendliness and the excellent breakfast made the stay a pleasure.

Charming friendly hotel
Parking is on street but hotel owner will move his car if nothing available. Parking permit needed from hotel. Very friendly staff. Very helpful for suggesting places to visit and places to eat. Room spacious. Breakfast good value. Terminus restaurant nearby excellent value. Town easily walkable. Castle interesting.

So much more than a 2 star!!!
How can you not stay here when in the Tarascone/Beaucaire area? The wonderful owners take service, security, comfort, cleanliness and their patrons happiness very seriously. There is NOT A SWEETER DEAL FOR MILES!! The Tarascone train station is a 5 minute stroll, right next door is the post office and across the street is the laundry. On your way, you pass the U Express supermarket. There are many shops, restaraunts (the desk will reserve a table at the Minstril, about a 15 min. walk), bakeries and sites to see. There is an abundant muslim population, so you can enjoy their ethnic foods as well. The bed was very comfortable! I had an amazing massage in the hotel. The owner also lent me a phone charger when I lost mine...these people are so kind! Don't forget to partake of the lovely breakfast foods to start your day off right. You will not be disappointed!

It all starts and ends with the owners of this fabulous Hotel. They are friendly, accommodating and very service oriented. The Hotel itself is a renovated/restored building that has a special look and atmosphere both on the exterior and interior. Rooms are spacious and relaxing and a pleasure to the eye. i heard some rooms have a balcony (I think that is a plus, and would have asked for it if i have known) but our room was perfect. for an a additional 9 euro per person you can have breakfast at the Hotel. don't even think of missing it, all the guests dine around one table, with the owners keeping you company and taking care of all your needs, breakfast is rich and tasty and plenty of delightful conversation. The Hotel has no Parking, but you can park outside on the street using the "blue disk" for 90 minutes (Hotel will provide you with one) and starting from 19:00 (I think) until 9 am the next day no payment is required .. the blue disk costs 2.5 euro and will serve you well in other location in Provence as well (the hotel does not charge you for the Blue disk .. I just mentioned the price so you buy one for the rest of your trip in Provence

The hotel wasn't as nice as the pictures show it to be. There was a mix-up over our reservation but the manager did honour it eventually and at the same price. The rugs were a bit worn and the bed had a duvet without a proper cover - simply a covering thrown over it. The room was decorated in mismatched furnishings which can be charming but in this case just seemed odd. There was good water pressure and very hot water which is a plus, although the tub was so narrow it was hard to stand straight under the shower. A nice touch was having a couple of lavender sachets in the room. A bit high priced for what it is.

A well restored, quaint country hotel
The hotel is very small and quaint - almost like a wonderful manor house. The service was very personal and correct. We particularly enjoyed the good European breakfast laid out beside an impeccably laid long dining table that was used communaly - almost like being in a fine home setting. The rooms were well decorated in local fashion, and the only downside for the whole stay was that the bed was small

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Andorra und waren nur eine Nacht dort. Toller Frühstücksraum, herrlich plüschig alles, perfekte Terrasse, um abends noch ein wenig die Wärme zu genießen. Sehr gute Restaurantempfehlungen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für ein etwas anderes Hotel!
