We chose this hotel specifically for the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was torn apart and closed for maintenance. They closed the pool a large portion of the time as well while the hot tub was being worked on. What a huge disappointment!!

The bed we had was horribly uncomfortable we hardly slept. The shower/bathroom area was lacking. No fan/vent never stayed place that doesn’t have one and it needs one. Also there was no water pressure in the shower at all. Also never was able to swim so over crowded. Maybe should have hour or 2 of late night swim for like over 21 get kids out so it’s no over crowded and adults can go in.

This is a great hotel, staff is very friendly, they have tons of perks, was clean and in great condition. My only complaint would be the telivision .. not smart tv and very very basic cable.

Felt like a motel. Interior was outdated, the walls were super thin; so you could hear everything. Not a bad spot to stay if you don’t really care about those features, but I am sure there are better hotels for your money in the area, as I would not consider this a usual “3 star” hotel.
