Nice hotel with the best indian restaurant

hotel is really good. The quality of food in their Raajkapoor restaurant is really good.they should try to upgrade their breakfast quality. It is average.staff is very cooperative. Overall experience was good

Good location

It is ok bargain for the money. The lobby is good and breakfast ok. The halls and rooms are very old and tired, and basically dirty also. Like elsewhere here the WiFi is very bad or almost not working. The hotel is in a good location and in walking distance from most you want, and close to the metro.

The Hotel could do with updating. The so called traditional Indian Restaurant, didn't live up to the expectations, having eaten at many Indian restaurants, including in India.

It is near city centre and convenient to access to anywhere in the city. Good environment surounding the hotel. Front desk staffs are very kind. Good for business stay as the hotel is wellknown customer can easy to find it. Free internet in everywhere in side the hotel.

帰国前の短時間滞在だったのでがまんしたが、オートロックなのに部屋のドアは閉まらない、室内にDirectoryも何も無かった。室内金庫あり、バスアメニティは標準的、水回りには特に不満は感じなかった。チェックインの際の対応は手際よく好感の持てる担当者だったが、早朝、レセプションの従業員はインド資本ホテルのためインド仕様なのか、どの客に対してもぞんざいな態度。レストランがわからないと言う客に対して、2階にあるだの、階段の向こうにあるだの言を左右にするだけではなく、最終的にはあごで指し示す始末。4つ星なんてとんでもない。唯一、朝食ビュッフェはきちんとしていたが、味の方はもう少し努力が必要。
