When we arrived, they did not have the reservation from Hotels.com but found it eventually. Unfortunately, Hotels.com had given us incorrect information. We had booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. None of the 2 bedroom apartments had 2 bathrooms, only one bathroom. We had also been told there was a fireplace in the apartment. Not so. The heat was supplied by radiators. Hotels.com were ill-informed.The managers and receptionists, however, insisted that we have whatever we wanted, and recommended two separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other, which suited us beautifully, though it was a greater expense for them. We could not have been happier with Bellamonte. Rooms, free breakfast were exceptional. The personnel were VERY, VERY helpful. Wish I could say the same about Hotels.com.
