Good hotel, worth a visit!
Lovely staff, great breakfast and super clean hotel. However, we were allocated one of the top floor rooms, with a pitched roof and this proved to be a challenge for my son and husband, who are both over 6ft tall. We couldn’t relax on the sofa as we had a slope behind our head, the men couldn’t take a bath or a shower as there wasn’t any head room and getting in and out of bed resulted in banging our heads. Perhaps the hotel could look at ways to remodel the rooms, so that instead of tucking furniture into edges to create floor space, they could consider guests comfort instead? I need to add that I’m sure if we’d have been given a room on one of the lower floors, this review would have been given a 10/10 as our stay was otherwise great!

Had a phenomenal time in Zakopane and the Bellamonte had a lot to do with it. Easy communication with the hotel with very quick response. The parking is right outside the apartment. The apartment is large, clean and spacious. The breakfast was beyond what we’d expect to get. We came late one morning due to our baby and toddler sleeping and the cook came out and offered to make us eggs. Brought them to us and they were delicious. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Location was very close to everything and perfect! Can’t say enough good things. Would definitely recommend and return someday.

Clean and nice place. Breakfast was delicious. So nice to eat good meal before whole day trips. Very pleasant staff. Very helpful and polite. I would recommend this to friend. Walking distance to Gubalowka train and Krupowki.

Fantastic, clean property with a good location. My only complaint is that connecting to the wifi was annoying as it is configured such that you have to reconnect all devices periodically (every time the TV is shut off or goes dormant)

The property is beautiful, clean and staff are friendly and accommodating. Peter, our check-in receptionist was very helpful and made sure our needs were met. Unfortunately, it was very snowy, traffic jam everywhere. We arrived late and was already very dark. With a luggage, we had difficulty walking on the snow. thankfully, we managed to get a taxi from bus station. FYI, It took us almost 5hours to reach zakopane from Krakow. I'm just so glad that Bellamonte did not disappoint. I would recommend this place and would definitely stay here again. It's 5mins walk to gubalowka funicular station.

The front desk is very very helpful !! Communicates very well in English and provided us a lot of useful insights about how to go around Zakopane. Very detailed very explanation provided by the staff and they are very thoughtful. After they explain to us how to take bus to the thermal bath at the reception, they even come to our room and remind us to take note of the last bus timing.

The location was perfect, just a 5 minute walk to the Main Street and market, but removed enough from the busy streets that it felt like a quiet relaxing getaway cabin. Overall felt both simple and luxurious.

Terrific mountain stay!
The Bellamonte Aparthotel is centrally located so dinner options/shopping are a five minute walk away. The staff are wonderful, knowledgeable and available anytime. If you are interested in hiring a guide for any of the numerous tours available in the area, staff can facilitate. The facility is modern and our apartment was clean and comfortable and quite spacious. Breakfast is ample with many tasty options.

This property looked brand new and the room was no different. Great pet friendly room that was spacious and welcoming. Within a few minutes walk to everything Zacopane had to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Definately Don't accept the lofts
We got put in a loft apartment where the owners desperately tried to squeeze in the apartment (to squeeze some income) where there clearly isn't a space for one. Thats why the first two nights where nothing but comfortable. Loft accomodation has it's charms but not!! When one needs to climb into bed and wear a helmet not to bang their head against a wall as I did and it was upsetting. Regualar aparments to which we were later mooved are fine, spacious, fairly newely furnished and spotlessly clean with extra room tidy during our on demand. Since Zakopane is an expensive and nowhere near value for money as Krakow this hotel is fairly good choice taking into account that hot amd cold buffet breakfast is included, it is a short walk from main high street Krupowki , shops and restautants, offers a complementary bus to ski slopes and a small fitness club. That is if you get accommodated in regular apartments unless obviously a tiny "bird nest" of a bedroom is your choice.

Lovely Aparthotel with very friendly staff who were helpful and considerate to visitors needs . Also location was excellent- close enough to the Main Street but in a quiet location which was great for getting a good nights sleep . Breakfast included which was very good with excellent choice . Would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Zakopane

Great hotel to explore Zakapone
We stayed in Zakapone with our adult son. The accomm was perfect. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need. It is in a great location. The staff were all very helpful. The apartment we stayed in wasn't really designed for 3 adults ( the bed for the third adult was a couch/bed that folded out but not to adult size). The breakfast was great and very Polish which we enjoyed. We have stayed at Bellamonte before and would return. We loved it.

Couldn't ask for a nicer place to stay in Zakopane
What a great find this hotel was! Zakopane is geographically a little odd in that it is spread out in an elongated fashion through a valley. It does have a tourist centre, though and Bellamonte is absolutely perfectly located for extremely quick access on foot while being very quiet and isolated from the crowds. The buildings are new and in excellent condition as are all the facilities. Apartments are large and spacious with well equipped kitchens (which we didn't use as our stay was short) and comfortable beds. The hotel is in a little hidden glade that is very quiet but walking to the heart of the tourist area took only about 5 minutes. Add to that a really first rate breakfast buffet with hot and cold food, bread, fruit, cold cuts, anything you could reasonably expect. We'd return in a heartbeat.

Very pleasant, roomy one bedroom apartment with microwave, fridge and all kitchen utensils. Nice balcony and a quiet location. A short walk to the Main Street. Very nice staff. This place had the best breakfast of our 3 week trip. Lots of fruit and great scrambled eggs.

Great place to stay in Zakopane
Bellamonte is a perfect place to stay for people looking for an aparthotel in Zakopane. We went there with my family for a weekend. The hotel is brand new - apartments are very big, nicely furnished and very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - It takes 10 minutes to walk to Krupowki. Highly recommended!!

As near perfect as you can get!!
As near perfect as you are going to get!! Lovely apartments clean, modern, extremely well equipped. The one downside were noisy neighbours above, other than that I can't fault a thing and I will return. Worth mentioning wi fi was good, breakfast a nice touch despite having a kitchen which is more than adequate for making your own, nice touch to have things like washing up liquid provided for you. Temperature was -7 at night when we were there and the apartment was an extremely cosy and nice place to be during that time, whilst looking out at the snow. Location is good, a short walk into zakopane whilst being far enough a way at night to avoid noise. Really is a place to recommend!! we were there just before the winter ski season started, which was perfect for a winter, snowy get away.

The hotel location is perfect: secluded yet only a 3 minute walk into town and 5 minutes to the main boulevard. Our apartment balcony opened onto the creek adding a very peaceful atmosphere to our stay. The kitchen came fully equipped with dishcloth soap and cooking utensils, pots/pans and dishes. The staff were very helpful in accommodating our requests such as early check-in and late check-out as well as allowing extra guests (for a fee). Breakfast was delicious with a respectable variety of fruits, cereals, meats, cheeses and coffees/teas. The only downsides I can think to mention are the spa having an entrance only from the outside; and the slanting ceilings being tricky to avoid (apartments are on the top floor). Overall, great experience! We were expecting a lot more hiccups but they're cooperation and assistance helped us avoid a lot of headaches.

Perfect place for extended stay in Polish Tatras
The receptionist gave us a pick of four rooms. We took one on top floor filled with light and view of mountains. The accomodations were very comfortable and well located between the central pedestrian street and the entrances to the Tatra National Park. The breakfast was very ample and freshly prepared by an excellect cook, who make new hot dishes every day. It was hard to pull ourselves away.

Fantastic place to stay--would not hesitate to book again. Great people behind the counter, good breakfast selection as well. Close to downtown shopping (5 minutes walk, even less to the funicular station). Microwave, stove, refrigerator. Nice and warm throughout the apartment--much appreciated during the cold stormy weather one day. Love this place!

A Perfect Stay
When we arrived, they did not have the reservation from Hotels.com but found it eventually. Unfortunately, Hotels.com had given us incorrect information. We had booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. None of the 2 bedroom apartments had 2 bathrooms, only one bathroom. We had also been told there was a fireplace in the apartment. Not so. The heat was supplied by radiators. Hotels.com were ill-informed.The managers and receptionists, however, insisted that we have whatever we wanted, and recommended two separate 1 bedroom apartments next to each other, which suited us beautifully, though it was a greater expense for them. We could not have been happier with Bellamonte. Rooms, free breakfast were exceptional. The personnel were VERY, VERY helpful. Wish I could say the same about Hotels.com.

A beautiful retreat
Whenever you walk outside your apartment at Bellamonte, you must stop and listen to the birds! Surrounded by trees, in a quiet setting, these modern apartments are superb, spacious, well equipped with good sized balconies. A cool summer this year and heating not on made drying clothes difficult, however staff were helpful in directing us to the small local laundry/dry cleaner. Service very good, breakfast room with pleasant outlook. Short walk to the start of the town markets and on to the main street and funicular. No internet service but again, staff were able to direct us to the towns internet services.

Very pleased with our hotel choice
The apartments are very big (lounge, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and big balcony), nicely furnished and very comfortable. There is also a small gym, sauna and hot tub on site that can be used free of charge in the evenings. We were only staying 2 days, which was a shame as it was so nice. The breakfast was fairly basic, but this seems to be norm for hotels in Poland. It was served until 11am which was great for us as we are particularly early risers. The only bad point is the hotel is a little hard to find. It didn't look far from the station so we deciced to walk. We found the road, but no sign of the hotel. You actually have to go over a bridge over a stream, up to a dual carriageway and then you see the hotel. Once you know where you are going it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the main street in the town.

This is apartment hotel. It's located about 10 minutes walk from the main street of Zakopane. The breakfast is good but not overhelming like in big hotels. Every thing is brand new. There is no elevator, so if you get second floor, you have to "shlepp" your lugage up by yourself. The stuff is very friendly and helpfull. Highly Recommended.

We loved this place and would definitely go back. It's in walking distance of market, downtown and even ski lift. Reminded us of ski chalet but bigger. Brkfst was later than most but fine.

Aparthotel was only a few months old. The quality of fittings is good, shower-room good, and a spacious apartment, with good views from the upper floors. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast in nice sunny room. On the downside - there is no lift (we were staying on the fourth foor). The bedroom door did not shut because the bed was too big. Kitchen was poorly equipped. (Not even a broom to sweep the floor). 5 minute walk to the town centre, some of the pathways were difficult. TV only had 5 Polish channels. Overall a nice bright spacious apartment - would stay there again.

Schöne zentral gelegene Unterkunft.
Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen. Gute Ausstattung und schönes Appartement, nur das Bad war etwas klein. In der Wanne konnte man nicht stehen, was das Duschen etwas erschwerte.
