“It's a very convenient spot for me to get to the famous Hibbiton Movie set and the room looked exactly like it's advertised on Expedia.”

“Good Spring clean is need but on the surface it was clean enough. Plastic electric jug was unusable due to deterioration of the plastic. Overall a satisfactory-good motel for the price.”

“Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season. We did notice a couple of staff cars later in the day, but overall the property felt very inactive. Facilities & Amenities Some amenities were either unavailable or……

“One of the best places i have stayed in New Zealand! Staff were amazing and very friendly. The best mattress - a proper mattress- ive had during my trip. The mattress was soft enough, not like a board, a full sized queen (not two singles pushed together) and was lower to the ground. Bathroom clean and tidy. Nice thick towels. Yes the rooms are clean, spacious and inviting but it’s the warmth and welcome that seals the deal for the biker on the Hauraki rail trail ”
